RUBY. The Ruby-Daisy's nickname was when she accepted the invitation to be apart of Kathleen's sacred trio. There was the Diamond, the Sapphire, and now, the Ruby. Bathe in the glory and attention was her best friend, Daisy Keene. The one girl, who swore to her that she wouldn't like that and now, she was.

Cheryl hated it. She hated seeing Daisy decked out in Tiffany & Co's, Gucci, Balenciaga, and all things that Daisy had told her that she didn't want to wear.

Now, Cheryl knows how Daisy was lying to her face the whole time. Cheryl could tell how much Daisy was delighted to be wearing designer clothes.  The fact that Daisy had said to her that she hated being overshadowed by her rich friends-was-was...Cheryl felt lied too because she was by her best friend, who was now a Heather.

Anyways, Stella had been kicked off the trio and the rich kids' squad for snitching about the whole drugs and illegal alcohol ordeal. Kathleen had forbidden any of them to speak to Stella or else.

Yet, it didn't stop her as Cheryl didn't want Stella to be friendless because of Kathleen and, besides, she believes that Stella deserves a second chance despite her endless teasing toward Cheryl. But Stella has been shutting herself from the rest of the world so...

Anyways, it was currently after school, and Cheryl had gone to the local library in Riverdale to hopefully get some books on history. As Cheryl had no clue what was happening-she is a good student and is always paying attention to the class, but Mrs.Green makes it so hard to learn and understand, if the half of the time, Mrs. Green is just rambling on how her husband is horrible at making love. Ew.

Cheryl found a couple of books on the lesson she was doing in class along with her own books she had borrowed from Mrs.Green and the librarian and located a quiet space in the corner to study.

She glanced over the library to try to spot a certain red-haired that had promised her that she helped her with history-Daisy. Cheryl guesses she is probably too busy hanging out with her new besties.

Cheryl sighed and looked back at the textbooks that laid out on the desk. She checked her phone for the time and maybe even a message from Daisy... no nothing. She shoved her phone back into her backpack before Ms.Paroo, the librarian, scolded her.

She instead focused her attention on her textbooks and quietly groaned when her eyes hit the first sentence of the large book. While reading the textbook, she was fidgeting with the ends of her blouse. She ignored the shuffling sound next to her.

"Hey, um, I'm sorry but um, it is alright if I sit here?" Mumbled the girl. "It's just I can't find a place and no one really wants me to sit at their table..."
