THE BAR'S NEON SIGN REFLECTED OFF THE PUDDLE OF THE RAIN THAT OCCUR THE NIGHT BEFORE, as Chanel and Cheryl got out of her car. Their shaky breath was visible in the cold air, the white vapor flew out of Cheryl's mouth, and Cheryl immediately closed it.

Chanel walked over to Cheryl and offered her hand for comfort, and Cheryl gladly accepted. They had made sure to stash away any jewelry and expensive purses away in Chanel's trunk so they wouldn't go in circles again like last time. And had the word, no, at the tip of their tongues just in case anyone offered them drugs or alcohol.

Cheryl didn't really know what the plan was as all Chanel had told her just-follow my lead...Cheryl bit her lips, anxiety building up within her, ready to burst. She jiggled her friendship bracelet and walked in the Wythe Worm.

The cigarette and alcohol burned Cheryl's nose when she stepped foot in the broken-down bar. The red from the cheap light flashed her eyes, and Cheryl winced in pain. She shook it off and followed Chanel throughout the drunk body that grinds against one another. Cheryl bit her lips in disgust and averted her eyes away to only another thing that was lived- exotic dancers.

Cheryl took one glance at them and quickly looked away, her eyes glued at the back of Chanel's curly blonde hair that dropped to her shoulder. She felt her throat clogging and closed the gap between her thighs, seeing how men were looking at them.

Chanel turned around and gently grabbed Cheryl's hand and led through the crowd to the bar where she saw a tall boy with jet black hair and dark brown eyes widened at the sight of them. She frowned, feeling she knew the boy somehow.

"Chanel?! What are you doing here?" Asked the boy, furrowing his eyebrows at Chanel.

"Well, if you haven't been answering my texts or calls! So I decided to do something and make sure that you're alright!" Said Chanel. "And besides, my friend needed to check on her friend."

That's when Chanel's friend (?) realized that she was there. His furious brown eyes widened at the sight of her and blurted out. "Cheryl-are you okay?"

"Um? Do I know you?" Asked Cheryl in a lower voice. "Because Chanel told me not to talk to strangers."

Chanel chuckled and shot Cheryl a sheepishly look. "It's fine, Cheryl-I trust Sweet Pea."

A soft smile tugged on Sweet Pea's mouth though he tried to get rid of it at the mention of Chanel's words. Cheryl glanced over to Chanel and whispered. "How do you know that he can be trusted-and how do you know him?"
