Reyansh,
Have you ever tried motichoor ke laddos? Muje toh itne pasand hai, I swear I can die for them. Sorry, I was eating while writing and hence mentioned them.
Waise, did you see? You and I both wore white to college today! Like how cool was that. Archit told me it was just a mere coincidence but I shushed him.
To me everything is interconnected and entwined. Coincidences are mere excuses to deny what's happening. And trust me, you and I have something amazing in store.
Wait, this all depends on whether you want me in your life too. Because I may keep writing to you, and try to help you, but I'd need some reply back too. I'm not writing to you because I think you need help. I'm writing to you because I really think that you need a friend.
And I'm an amazing friend.
I'll hold onto you forever.
And even if you try to forget me.
You won't be able to.
Yours,
Pranati◇◇◇
'Jugnu, right?' Reyansh asked, as he stood up to face the girl who looked down at him from the branch of the tree.
Jugnu jumped down. She dusted her hands and looked up at the tall built man. She nodded, tying her bandana firm on her head.
'Jugnu Mishra.'
Reyansh's face saddened instantly. His jaw clenched as he blankly looked at the girl. It was after ages when he had heard that surname and there was already one Mishra who had turned his life upside down.
'Arey. ShereKhan? Shakal kyu bigaad dii?' She asked, examining his frowing face.
Reyansh shook his head, smiling now at the girl. 'No. Nothing. Just kisi Mishra ki yaad aa gayi.' He said to himself more than the girl.
'Hum Mishra's hai hi waise.' She raised her invisible collar. 'Once we cross your paths, it's difficult to forget us.'
Reyansh chuckle and took a step closer to this little kid. She was a little less than half his height. And she had worn simple comfortable t-shirt and pants however the most intriguing part was her bandana which she always wore.
'Is it?' Reyansh sat on his knees, meeting the girl's fiery filled eyes. He noticed how her eyes were the lightest shade of brown.
Instantly he remembered his mother's eyes. He may have been a kid when his mother died but she had these lightest honey colored eyes and he couldn't be wrong in this. They were exactly like his mother's eyes.
Reyansh gulped holding the little girl, and she furrowed her brows thinking what Reyansh was doing. However all Reyansh did was keep looking in those beautiful pair of eyes.
