Chapter 36 - Jimmy's place - part two

Shortly after I put my hand on Jimmy's chest, Jimmy stood up and took my hand as we looked into each other eyes as Jimmy leaned in and kissed me.

A bit later on when I asked Jimmy if it was ok if i could use his bathroom and Jimmy replied yeah no problem babe. Jimmy then asked me do you want me to show you where it is. I replied yes please.

I then followed Jimmy upstairs and he showed me where the bathroom was whilst he waited in his bedroom.

After I came out of the bathroom Jimmy was sitting on the end of his bed and asked me if I wanted to see the rest of his house.

I replied yeah sure.

Whilst we were upstairs Jimmy showed me his bedroom and I noticed hanging up on his wardrobe was a t-shirt and a pair of jogging pants and a pair of running shoes at the end of his bed.

I asked Jimmy about them and he smiled at me, babe that's for when I teach you how to run. I replied I'm looking forward to you teaching me.

Jimmy then asked me if I had any jogging wear. I said I didn't when Jimmy suggested to me why don't you and Kate go shopping together to choose some suitable clothing and running shoes. I replied yeah sure.

After Jimmy gave me a tour of his house, we made our way back downstairs into the living room.

Jimmy asked me if I would like a drink. I replied yes please and asked him if he wanted a hand, but he said he was ok.

A few hours after we had a drink and chat we both realised it was getting late when Jimmy offered to give me a lift home as he didn't want me to walk home on my own.

We left Jimmy's house and he held my hand as we walked to his car and as Jimmy was such a gentleman he opened the car door for me. Jimmy then got in and said babe, you how we are now boyfriend and grilfriend do you mind if we didn't tell anyone yet with it still being early days? I replied no not all Jimmy.

Shortly after leaving Jimmy's in his car, he asked me what my favourite 911 song was. I replied all of them and I then started to hum the song 'The Journey'. Jimmy then said babe, why don't you see what's on the radio. I replied ok, I put the radio on in Jimmy's car and we ended up singing along to the song 'Everytime' by the band A1.

We finally arrived back at mine when I said to Jimmy, thank you for the lift home. Jimmy smiled at me and said no problem babe and I will text you when I get home.

A few minutes later we both unfastened our seat belts and Jimmy then leant across as we had a goodbye kiss.

We looked into each other eyes and I put my hand on his cheek before finally saying goodbye to each other.

Jimmy waited in his car until I got in my house before driving back home.

It was the perfect ending to what had been a great day with Jimmy especially after he took me to the park and cooked me a fantastic meal for the first time.
