Chapter 30 - The walk home

We were just about to leave the pub, when Jimmy asked me if it was ok for him to hold my hand whilst walking me home. I replied 'yeah sure' and we gave each other a smile.

As we were walking back to mine when I said thank you to Jimmy for taking me out tonight and hope we can do this again sometime. Jimmy replied no problem and yeah of course we will babe as I loved being with you tonight.

We had finally arrived back at my mine and we had a chat but just before Jimmy was about to leave he asked me how about we have a special goodnight kiss. I said yeah sure and we ended up kissing but this time the way we kissed it felt completely different compared to any other time but in a good way.

Soon after we kissed I thought to myself I knew Jimmy was a great kisser but I never thought he would kiss like me that. After we kissed we gave each other a hug and Jimmy said I will text you when I get home.

By this time we said goodbye to each other as I watched Jimmy leave. Jimmy then looked back at me with a smile.

After I watched Jimmy leave I let myself in and closed the door behind me. Five minutes after Jimmy left, I got my phone out and sent a text message to Jimmy which read Hi Jimmy, hope you get home ok and thanks again for tonight, from lou xx ps the goodnight kiss was amazing :)

I also couldn't stop looking at the pic that Matt took of me and Jimmy on my phone and ended up sitting behind the front door for a while before deciding to go to bed.

Twenty minutes later I checked my mobile and there was a new text message from Jimmy which read 'Hi babe, got home ok and thanks again for tonight especially the kiss and pic. Will text you tomorrow from Jimmy xx

I finally decided to go to bed but couldn't sleep as all I could think about the kiss that me and Jimmy had. I knew that I had to speak to him about it especially as it felt completely different to any other kiss that we had prior to tonight.

This was the first time we had kissed that way and did Jimmy really want us to become a couple?

Jimmy's POV

The special goodnight kiss was what I had planned for Louise tonight and hope she didn't mind me kissing her in that way but it sort of just happened as it was our first night out together and wanted it to be special for both of us.
