Chapter 27 - Drinks at pub - part two

Jimmy's POV

Even though I had been calling Louise babe in my text messages and when we were walking to the pub so just for tonight I decided to call her Lou just so we got to know one another better as I thought calling babe was a bit much considering we were still at the friends stage.  I also didn't want to spoil things between us especially as I said I wanted to take things slowly for the moment anyway.

Whilst we were waiting for our drinks, Jimmy said Louise, you look really nice tonight and I replied aww thank you Jimmy and at this point I started to blush.

Ten minutes later Matt brought our drinks to us and said have a nice evening guys Jimmy replied yeah we will and Jimmy then gave me a smile.

After Matt had brought us our drinks,  Jimmy asked if I was ready for a glass of wine.  I replied yes please and Jimmy then poured me a glass and said thanks Jimmy. 

Jimmy asked me if I went to the secret gig that we did a few weeks back.  I explained to Jimmy that I went and really enjoyed the gig as it was the first time I had seen you guys live.  I also said to Jinmmy that I had managed to get near the front but would love to be able to see the gig again. 

Jimmy replied leave it with me Louise and I'll see what I can do about getting a copy for you. I said thanks Jimmy.  That's when Jimmy gently touched my hand and smiled at me.

I also mentioned to Jimmy that after the secret gig had finished I waited for a bit afterwards but as I didn't want to miss my transport home I left without seeing you guys as I really wanted to meet you all.

Jimmy replied, Louise I didn't realise that you wanted to meet us afterwards at the secret gig.

 Louise's POV – The secret gig

When Jimmy asked me if I went to the secret gig it brought back memories as the gig was never advertised but I managed to find out about it and where it was so I managed to get myself a ticket as I was so excited about seeing them but especially Jimmy.

After we talked about the secret gig  I mentioned to Jimmy that I went to the next gig I  hung around afterwards as I didn't want to miss you, Lee and Spike again.  Jimmy then asked me what my favourite bit of the gig was, I replied all of it but I really enjoyed your solo bit, Jimmy smiled at me and said aww thanks Louise

Jimmy said to me, when we noticed that you were on your own me, Lee and Spike decided that I would come over and asked you what your name was.  Also Louise as you looked cold that's why I offered you my coat.

 I then said to Jimmy I really appreciated it when you offered me your coat as if I hadn't found that bit of paper with the phone number on it when I got home I probably wouldn't have been able to contact you.

Jimmy replied Louise I would've made sure that we contacted each other especially after you waited for us in the cold for us hence why we got you the VIP tickets as I really wanted to see you again even know at the time I didn't know how you felt about me.  I replied yeah I know but really want to have a nice time with you tonight. 

After talking to Jimmy about the gigs, I started to feel a bit emotional but managed to stop myself from crying as the last thing I wanted to do was to cry in front of Jimmy especially tonight.

Jimmy's POV

When Louise mentioned both the secret gig and also my solo bit that I did to me which I also did prior to giving Louise the VIP tickets for our next gig.  I knew that I had to mention it to Lee and Spike as I really wanted to make sure that I was able to get copies for her as I knew it would mean a lot if she could watch both gigs again and perhaps we could even watch it together.
