Chapter 15 - A visit - part 1

After having a few hours sleep, I decided to check my phone again to see if there were any new messages from Jimmy but still nothing from him. I then went downstairs and Kate asked me if I had heard from Jimmy yet and I said no and hope we haven't scared him off with all these text messages that we sent to him. At this point both Lee and Spike didn't say anything.  Did they know something I didn't and had they heard from Jimmy whilst I was upstairs?

 A few hours later, Kate, Lee and I were chatting when the doorbell rang. As me and Kate were chatting and I  wasn't expecting anyone Lee went to answer the door.  I asked Lee who it was as I heard whispering.  A few minutes later Lee came back in the living room and he said come and see for yourself.  So I followed lee into the hall and went to the front door and saw it was Jimmy.  I couldn't believe it when I saw who it was as I so surprised to see him especially as I didn't think I would ever see him again.  

I said Hi Jimmy and he replied 'Hi Louise, how are you?  I said I was ok.  I was so pleased to see him again. Lee was about to go back in the living room when I said to Lee 'Thank you' Lee replied 'no problem'.

A few minutes later Jimmy and I gave each other a huge hug and took my hand as we walked into the living room together.  Kate said Hi Jimmy and Jimmy replied hi Kate.

I asked Jimmy to sit down and he sat next to me.  After we all had a brief chat. Kate suggested to Lee and Spike that me and jimmy needed to talk so they left us on our own for a bit.

I was so grateful to both Lee and Spike for sending the texts that they sent to Jimmy as I was so worried as I hadn't personally heard from him for a while.
