An hour later we made our way back inside the venue and settled in our seats. It was getting ever close to the start of the gig and as the light went down. The place suddenly erupted with screams as three shadows appeared on the stage. It was Spike, Lee and Jimmy and after all the pre-gig excitement it was about to begin.
They sang two songs before Lee spoke and whilst Lee started chatting I was hoping one of them would notice me in the crowd so when they took it in turns to walk across the stage, Jimmy must've seen him in the crowd as he gave me a little smile.
The guys had a chat between songs and then Lee announced that Jimmy would be singing next my heart just melted as always wanted hear him sing solo.
Before Jimmy sang he chatted but all I wanted to do was to go on that stage and give him a hug so took loads of photos of him. Kate thought I was mad to take so many of him but Jimmy meant so much to me.
They then sang 'A little a bit more' and Lee asked the crowd to join in with them in the chorus. Whilst listening to the words, I couldn't stop thinking that I would love to stay up to greet the sun with Jimmy.
It was the second to last song of the night, Lee spoke before he did his solo.
Spike said who's ready for a bit of Bodyshakin as this would be their last song of the night and that there would be a party afterwards. I asked Kate if she wanted to go but said she was starting to get a headache but suggested that I go anyway.
After the last song, Lee said thank you to everyone that came and that we enjoyed the gig. The guys got a standing ovation but I didn't want it to end.
