Chapter 28 - Drinks at pub - part three

An hour and a half later, Matt came over and asked if we would like any more drinks Jimmy replied yes please, we'll have two glasses of white wine please.   Matt then asked us if we were both having a nice evening, Jimmy smiled at me before saying to Matt yeah we are. 

Jimmy then asked Matt before you go is it ok for you take a pic of me and Louise together on my phone,  Matt replied yeah sure. 

Jimmy then got up and sat down next to me and put his arm round me whilst Matt took a pic of us together.    

After Matt took the picture Jimmy said thank you so much.  Shortly after Matt took our pic Jimmy said to me do you want me text you the pic of us together?  I said yes please as it would be a nice reminder of our first night out together. 

That's when I started to have a flashback of when the last time I had my picture taken with Jimmy which was  at the meet and greet when he whispered to me 'don't be nervous now' but this was before I told Jimmy how I felt about him.

Whilst we were waiting for our drinks I asked Jimmy what his hobbies and interests were.  Jimmy replied Louise, I like running. Football, and love cooking especially Italian food.  I mentioned to Jimmy, I'd love to learn how to run.  

Jimmy replied how about if I taught you how to run one day then?  I said I'd like that.

Fifteen minutes later Matt brought our drinks to us and said enjoy the rest of tonight guys.  Jimmy replied yeah we will.

Jimmy's POV

When Louise asked me about what my hobbies/interests were and I mentioned that I loved cooking especially italian food it got me thinking of the film Lady and the tramp when they are eating spaghetti and meatballs and would love to cook that for Louise one day.

This is because I wanted to become more than friends as tonight was making me realise how much I wanted to be with Louise as so far tonight was going really well for both of us.

I will also help Louise with the running too as this would give us opportunity to have a chat about us getting together as a couple.   I also had something planned for Louise later on tonight.

Louise's POV

When Jimmy mentioned Italian food I started to think about the Disney film 'Lady and the tramp' when the two dogs have spaghetti and meatballs and they end up kissing.  I would love to be able to re-create that scene with Jimmy one day. 

I was also made up when Jimmy said he would teach how to run and I really would like to see me and Jimmy finally get together.
