Chapter 69

Although it was a days ago when Jimmy told Lee and Spike about us, we still continued to go running together each day, however I realised now that I would have to finally tell Kate the truth even though she knew about us.

Jimmy called for me at the usual time of 7.30 in the morning as we made our way to the park.

As we were walking Jimmy said babe as you are doing really well how about we try and run for an hour and fifteen minutes this time and if it's too much we could have a break for a bit.

I said yeah sounds good Jimmy.

Ten minutes later we arrived at the park as we did our usual warm up for 10 minutes.

After we did the warm up we started to run for a bit and half way through the run Jimmy said how about we go to the trees again and have a break for a few minutes.

I replied yeah sure as we made our way to the tree.

A few minutes later we arrived at the tree (It was now becoming my favourite place in the park) and we sat down underneath the tree and Jimmy said you really like my special place here don't you?

I replied yeah I do and it's so peaceful here.

Jimmy smiled and said yeah it is as we then kissed.

Ten minutes after we kissed, we continued the rest of our run.

Shortly after we had finished our run I noticed that there was a seat nearby and I said Jimmy do you mind we have sit down for a bit as I needed to tell Jimmy that I was ready to tell kate.

Jimmy said yeah sure and are you ok babe?

I replied no Jimmy I think i should tell kate properly about us.

Jimmy replied are you sure you're ready to tell her?

I replied yeah I am.

Jimmy then asked so when do you want to tell kate?

I replied this afternoon

Jimmy replied ok and don't forget we'll be all with you when you tell her.

I replied yeah I know and when we get back to mine I'll ring Kate to see if she's free this afternoon.

Jimmy said ok babe and I'll be with you when you call Kate

I replied thanks Jimmy.

Although Jimmy said he would be with me when I told Kate I was really worried about how she would react when she finally found out the truth about us kissing but the fact that we are now together and that we've kept quiet for so long.

After we had a chat we made our way back to mine and Jimmy said babe you're really nervous telling Kate aren't you?

I said yeah i am and really don't know how'll she react when i tell her.

Jimmy held my hand and said yeah i know but like I said to you a few days ago just think back to when you first came round to mine and I said whatever it is you want to tell me to take your time.

I replied yeah you're right.

Twenty minutes later we arrived back at mine and it was the phone call I had been dreading for a while when I had to contact Kate to invite her round to finally tell her about me and Jimmy being together even though she knew.

Jimmy was with me as I dialled her number and hoped that she would speak to me.

A few minutes later Kate answered and I said hi Kate

Kate replied hi louise

I replied Kate, I don't want you to hang up on me but all I want to know if you are free this afternoon as I need to tell you something but can't tell you over the phone.

Kate replied oh ok Louise and what time do you want me to come round?

I replied about 2pm if that's ok.

Kate said yeah that's fine.

After I spoke to Kate Jimmy also contacted Lee and Spike to come round to my place, now that we contacted the guys I was starting to get worried.

Jimmy said in a polite voice you've done the right thing and in a few hours Kate will properly know the truth about us.

I replied yeah I know as Jimmy gave me a hug.

Twenty minutes later Jimmy said listen babe, will you be ok for a bit if I go home now and get changed etc and I'll be back in an hour or so?

I replied yeah that's fine and thanks again Jimmy.

Jimmy said that's ok babe and we could have something to eat before everyone comes?

I replied yeah sounds good as we said goodbye to each other.

After Jimmy left I also decided to get changed and went upstairs to get ready.
