Chapter 51

When we arrived back at mine Jimmy asked babe do you want anything to eat?

I replied I'm not feeling very hungry.

Jimmy said why what's the matter?

I replied it's Kate

Jimmy replied she's got to you hasn't she?

I sighed yeah she has and I just don't know what to do anymore.

Jimmy put his arm round me and said if Kate keeps asking you we'll get through this together.

I replied ok and I'm really lucky to have you but do you really want to be with me when Kate who keeps asking me all the time if you and me had kissed.

Jimmy replied, look babe you know I really like you and don't want you to be thinking like this.

Jimmy then smiled at me and said of course I want to be with you and I wouldn't have asked you to become my girlfriend otherwise or teach you how to run.

I replied yeah you're right and shouldn't let Kate get to me.

A few hours after Jimmy kept me company for a bit we both decided that he needed to go home and before he left we kissed.

Jimmy said I'll call you when I get home but please try to eat something as I don't want you getting ill now or worrying about what happened in the cafe with Kate.

I replied yeah ok.

Ten minutes later after Jimmy left I made myself something to eat even though I wasn't very hungry and ended up watching TV for a bit but still couldn't stop thinking about what happened in the cafe when Kate showed up.

I had been friends with Kate for a long time but ever since I told her that I liked Jimmy I had a feeling that things were now really getting awkward between us ever since Kate told me that she told Lee and Spike about me liking Jimmy back at the hotel and until Kate found out the truth about me and Jimmy kissing I had a feeling she wasn't going to give up.
