It was mid October now, and Evangeline Love had a lot going on in her mind.

Firstly, she was currently doing her best to avoid Bill. While he no longer was staying at Twelve Grimmauld Place, he came over incredibly often. It was quite evident his intentions of coming over nearly every day after work, but Evangeline didn't have the heart to tell him that she didn't feel the way she did all those years ago.

Secondly, she was thoroughly confused about Remus Lupin. Some days, he'll stay around her all the time, chatting and laughing with her. Then, other days, he'll pull away completely and shut himself in his room, only coming out for dinners. They didn't talk about the moment they had on September 1st, nor did they have any moments like that one again.

Lastly, was the only completely good thing on her mind. Today, October 18th, was the day her older sister, Lillian Love, was to love into headquarters as a new member of the Order of The Phoenix.

Since Evangeline had joined, both her and Dumbledore had been writing with Lillian in the hopes she would join the Order. The main reason Dumbledore wanted her in the Order was for her profound ability of Occlumency. Yes, there already was a member who was just as skilled, but he was an overgrown bat who hits kids in his free time.

Thankfully, as of last week, Lillian had agreed to come to London and join.

Evangeline, a lover of dramatics, decided not to tell Remus, Tonks, or Sirius of her sisters arrival.

It was around 8 pm and the four were gathered in the dining room for dinner. Evangeline had taken on the role of chef in the house, baking and cooking for the two men whenever she wasn't out on a mission. Today, she'd made German Goulash since the weather was getting rather cold very quickly.

"You've made me this countless times and its still so bloody good," Tonks leaned over the table and high-fived her.

"Yeah, its fantastic," Sirius nodded his head at her from where he was sat at the head.

"Thank you," Evangeline hummed, "its my father's recipe."

"Ah, I miss Papa Love's cooking," Tonks sighed, pushing her now finished bowl away and stretching, "you don't know good food until you've had his... uh.. Goldie, whats it called, the little bread balls?"

"Knödel?"

"Yes! That!" Tonks exclaimed, grinning widely.

During the winter and summer breaks, Tonks would often join Evangeline at her house, either in France or Germany, and loved her fathers cooking. Her love of it made Evangeline learn how to cook it all, though she never did it quite like her father.

Looking over to Remus, like she often did, she found him smiling softly at her, his chocolate brown eyes gazing down at her from his seat beside her.

"Wait, what's kn-knood-"

Sirius's butchered pronunciation of knödel was cut short by two loud knocks against the front door, followed swiftly by the bloody screaming of Walburga Black.

Popping up from her seat, Evangeline bounced on the heels of her feet, excited to see her sister after nearly five months apart.

"She's here!"
