The sunlight shown through the window as Fred laid motionless in his bed, Katie sound asleep next to him wrapped up in his sheets. He laid there as the events of last night spun in his head, making him dizzy. He replayed the sound of Addie's laughter over and over again trying to feel something, anything, but he just felt numb. Regret consumed him as he looked down to see Katie peacefully sleeping, her hair splayed over his pillow. She looked beautiful laying there, almost angelic, but even she didn't compare to Addie, at least not to Fred.

Fred slowly lifted the blankets off his body, trying not to wake her. He couldn't bare to make small conversation about the party or what had just taken place hours before, it would have been too much. He quickly slid out of bed and bent down to the floor to pick up his red plaid pajama bottoms that he left there the morning before. He tried to hurry as he slid on his pants, but froze as Katie stirred in her sleep, a wave of panic rushed over him as he stood there.

"Fuck" he murmured as she pulled the blankets over her shoulders, still sound asleep. He let out a silent gasp before tip toeing to his dorm room door, making a hasty escape. He gently walked down the steps as if the sound of his bare feet hitting the concrete would have woken the whole school. When he finally reached the bottom of the stairs a loud exasperated sigh escaped his lips.

"Morning Freddie Boy... Rough night?" Mocked George as he sat on the hard floor next to the dying fire.

"Fuck you mate." Added Lee as he huddled up on the couch freezing his ass off.

"Fuck me? Fuck me? I'm already fucked Lee! Fuck you!" Fred snapped back, making Lee stand up in anger. Both boys tightened their fists as they stood feet away from each other, pissed about last night.

"Easy you two." Scolded George as he stood up from his spot in front of the fire, ready to break up the fight. Lee let out a small groan as he sat back down on the couch murmuring to himself about how pissed he was that he had to spend his night in the common room instead of his warm bed.

"So are you ready to talk about what happened last night, Mate?" Asked George as he leaned against the fire place.

"No."

"No?"

"No, there is nothing to talk about George. Addie left me for Diggory. That's it..." Fred's eyes started to water as he placed both of his hands on the back of the couch. His head fell forward between his arms and his hair dangled in front of his eyes. He stayed like that for a few moments before Lee spoke up.

"So that's it? You're just going to give up? After all that fighting for her, you're just done?"

"Lee, I'm tired... I'm tired of her choosing Diggory over me. It's happened multiple times before so what makes this time any different?" His body tensed up as he pushed himself up from the couch. "She looked me straight in the eyes and told me that she loved him over me, what was I supposed to do?"

No one had an answer. Minutes passed as the three boys stood in silence, not wanting to be the first one to speak again. Fred leaned back on the wall behind him and ran his hands over his face in exasperation.

"What about Bell, Fred?" asked George, hoping that nothing happened other than them falling asleep.

Fred remained silent ignoring his twins question. He stood there staring at his hands as he massaged the base of his palm with his thumb. His jaw clenched as he could feel their eyes watching him. He didn't want to answer, he didn't want last night to be a reality.

"Did you sleep with Katie?" George pressed on, trying to get his brother to answer. Still no reply.

"Fuck Fred! Did you sleep with her or not last night?"
