A New Light

Addie waited on the platform for her brothers to get off the train, school was starting the next day and she wanted to catch up with them before everything got too crazy. Fred was with her, he asked to come just so he could hold her hand when they walked to the platform, he looked for every excuse to be able to be close to her. Hey had been inseparable since New Years Eve, however things were off. They hadn't kissed again since the party an it had been a couple days, Fred was starting to get antsy. He just wanted to kiss her again, but in an aggressive way, he wanted to push her up against a wall while her legs were wrapped around his waist. When he saw her standing on the platform his imagination ran wild; he imagined what she would look like on top of him, leaning over with her arms on either side of is head, her hair dangling above him.

"Hey Addie! Hey Fred!" The boys called to them, snapping Fred out of his trance.

"Hey boys! How was your break with mom and dad?" Addie asked casually.

"Great!" said the twins in unison, "Mom was upset that you didn't come home but she was fine after we went an got our Christmas Tree. Oh by they way, here are your gifts from mom and dad." Jude reached in his duffle bag a pulled out three varying sized boxes wrapped in brown paper. Addie grabbed them from his hands before realizing that she didn't have a place to put them.

"Wait Jude, keep these in your bag until we get to the common room, I'll grab them from you then." She passed them back to Jude and noticed Scotty was weirdly smiling at her.

"What do you need Scott? Why are you looking at me like that?"

"How was your break Adelaide?" he continued to smile at her like he already knew the answer. "Because I received the funniest letter from Dean and Seamus..." he raised his eyebrows at her waiting for her to share her side of the story.

"Oh Fuck, what did you hear?" she groaned at him.

"Well, Dean said that you went up to the stage and called out Cedric for cheating on you, then Fred and George dumped punch on his head, you could imagine my surprise as I read their letter." Fred started to smile trying to hold back his laugh as Addie was being confronted by her brother. Scotty wasn't mad at her, he genuinely thought it was funny, so he burst out in laugher followed by Fred who couldn't hold it in any longer. They all stood at the platform laughing and joking about the events that took place over the break. After they finished laughing they grabbed the boys bags and made their way back to the castle. They finally made it to the court yard when she saw Cedric having a heated conversation with one of his friends, when he saw Addie he cut his conversation short and made his way over to her. Except he wasn't walking toward her, he had his eyes fixed on Fred. Fred was too busy having a conversation with the twins to notice Cedric coming towards him.

"Cedric stop! Fred look out!" Right as Addie had called out to Fred, Cedric had pushed Fred knocking the bags out of his hands.

'Oh, I see how it is Fred!" Cedric yelled as a small crowd formed around them. "I see your game here... Yeah... Tell my girlfriend that I cheated on her so that you can weasel your way into a relationship with her!"

Fred pushed him back, "I didn't tell her shit, Diggory! Now you're just making shit up!"

Addie pushed herself in between them stretching her arms apart to hold them back from fighting each other. "Cedric stop! Fred didn't tell me anything okay? You don't get to just assume he told me... Frankie told me, she said she heard Cho talking to her friends in the Great Hall!" she could feel Cedric's body relax slightly under her palm, Fred was still tense under her touch. Cedric backed up letting Addie's arm fall to her side, without a word he turned around and left the courtyard at a slight running pace.

Addie's hand was still placed of Fred's chest, she could feel his heart pounding in his chest as he breathing slowed. She pulled her hand away and ran her fingers through her hair. Something about Fred standing there with his fists clenched sent shivers down her spine. Her heart began to race as she watched him pick the bags up off the ground and hand them to her younger brothers. Everything seemed to be happening in slow motion as she watched him move, her heart felt like it was going to fall right out of her chest. She was so attracted to him in that moment that she thought she would pass out. After he handed the bags to her brothers he sent them off to their rooms to unpack, he then walked over to Addie and rubbed her arm.

"Addie are you okay?" he whispered as he pulled her into a hug.

"Uh yeah... I'm alright Fred." she answered with a slight crack in her voice. Every time he touched her, her mind seemed to only focus on where his fingers were placed and not what he was saying to her.

"... you just seem pretty shaken up." his voice finally clicked in her mind, she shot her head up to look in his eyes. His hair had fallen in his eyes as he looked down at her. She felt her body heat up, she needed him, and she needed him now.

"Fred- stop talking. I need you to meet me in my room in ten minutes." Fred's eyes widened at how bold she just was.

"What... wait..."

"Freddie, I need you. Like NEED you, need you." She grabbed his arm and his face turned beat red. He didn't argue with her, he bent down and kissed her as his body filled with excitement. When he pulled away from the kiss, she shot daggers at him. "Now." He quickly left the court yard and went straight to his common room. Addie did the same, almost sprinting up to her room. When she opened the door Frankie and Ruby were sitting in their beds, working on homework.

"You guys need to get the fuck out of here, like now." She scrambled to take her jacket off as she stared at her friends. "Fred is on his way over here, like now, so I need you to leave." She looked at them with wide eyes as they sat still in their beds, "Guys this isn't a joke. Fred is coming..." They weren't catching on to what she was saying, they just looked at her in confusion as she paced around the room picking things up off the floor. "Fuck! I'm going to fuck Fred so I need you to leave!" And just like the the girls jumped up and grabbed their things and left out the door to the common room, no questions asked.

Just as their dorm room shut the passageway door opened revealing Fred. She almost knocked him over when she saw him. Addie wrapped her arms around his neck and crashed her lips against his. There was a new feeling when she kissed him, it was like she couldn't get enough of his lips, it was like he was a drug and she needed it to live. He wrapped his arms around her waist and closed the space between them. She could feel his hands travel down to her ass and gently squeeze, she gently moaned into his mouth and it only excited him more. He then grabbed her leg and lifted it up signaling that he was going to lift her. She jumped onto his waist and wrapped her legs around his hips. He deepened the kiss with his tongue, pushing it past her lips touching hers. Her hands became tangled in his hair as he moaned against her lips. He trailed his lips down to her neck, sucking at the delicate skin under her ear, leaving a mark. Their bodies were heating up at each others touch. He pulled back and looked at her, she was beautiful, her lips red from kissing.

"Fuck, Addie- Are you sure you want to do this?"

"Yes, I'm more than sure."

They went back to kissing and he walked over to Addie's bed lowering her onto the mattress below. He played with the hem of her shirt before lifting it over her head, reveling her naked chest. He threw his head back in amazement, he couldn't believe he was there, in her room. He felt like it was a dream and he never wanted to wake up. Addie grabbed his hand and placed it on her chest as she gazed into his eyes. He could feel himself growing bigger as he touched her. He leaned down and kissed her lips breaking apart with each kiss, he climbed on top of her as the kissed. They kissed for a while longer before Fred took his bottoms off and pressed up against her.

This was it, this was the moment that would change their relationship forever. There was no going back and they both knew it. Their hearts raced in anticipation for what was going to happen next and just before Fred could enter her, he stroked her cheek with his thumb and looked longingly into her eyes.

"Addie, I love you so much."

"I love you too, Freddie"
