CHAPTER 19
•GALE's POV•
"CASPIAN!"
As soon as I've woke up from a deep sleep, I've heard a loud voice coming from the sala.
"CASPIAN! COME OUT!"
It was Storm.
He called me, angrily. His voice roared like a thunder that brings chills down to my spine. He's scary when angry but I have to face him.
"Storm, she's resting" pigil sa kanya ni Lance.
"I don't care! Caspian, come out now! Or else I'll destroy your freakin' door!" he warned.
Knowing him, I hurriedly went out. I saw him staring at me coldly and it breaks my heart seeing him like that.
I'm still his sister but why do he have to be cold towards me?
"Let's talk" he said then grabbed my hand—we teleported somewhere.
"What the hell did you do, Caspian?!" he asked as soon as we reached the destination.
"Ginawa ko lang 'yong sa tingin ko ay tama at dapat"
"What?! Do you think it's right to decide on your own? Have you lost your mind? Huh?!" sigaw niya. Napaatras ako sa lakas ng boses niya at napayuko. Ayokong umiyak at mas lalong ayokong makipag-away sa kanya.
"Ano?! Do you think our mother will be happy about this? Do you think you can save our world just by cutting our connection?!" he added.
"If there's a chance, even a little, I will save our world. I did it because I was hoping that I could stop you from ruining the world that our mother once saved," I answered, almost crying.
Damn.
I—I can't take this anymore.
It hurts.
"So, it was all about me. Ruining the wold, huh. Have you ever thought of putting your feet on my shoes? I thought we're twins but how come you never knew my fears, my what ifs...my sorrows?" he exclaimed. He looks so devastated pero wala akong ibang magawa kundi ang tingnan siya.
"Do you think I'm happy to be the Chosen Prince? Do you think it's easy for me to turn my back on the world I've used to live on? I never asked for it but I believed that I was born to fulfill the prophecy" he added.
I felt a bang on my chest. Hindi ko inakalang gano'n na pala ang nararamdaman niya.
I'm sorry, Storm.
I'm so sorry.

"Azi, are you okay?"
Napakurap ako ng ilang beses dahil sa biglaang pagsalita ni Lance. Naalala ko na naman 'yong pag-uusap namin ni Storm pagkatapos kong putulin ang ugnayan namin.
*sigh*
Nagalit siya sa akin pero naiintindihan ko naman siya. He was hurt and so do I. Hindi ko ginustong gawin 'yon pero wala na akong choice. Kailangan may gawin ako para matulungan ang mundo namin.
