Haylee smiled at Sam, Kellyn, Kort, and Andre. She and Jonah had brought the twins over to Andre's apartment so they could see them again. Kort was bouncing Liam on his knee while Kellyn was cuddling a sleeping Camryn. Haylee hugged Jonah's arm.
"So are you feeling better?" Andre asked.
"Yes I am. We've been going to therapy once a week, and I started some new medications. They really seem to be helping," Haylee smiled.
"I'm glad. Are you guys gonna talk about the supposed cheating scandal eventually?" Kort asked.
"Yeah for sure," Jonah nodded, "we've been talking about it a lot."
"Soon," Haylee said simply, "there's still a lot of hate out there that we're just blocking out. It's been great to lean on the Arenados."
"I'm sure. How is Lex doing?" Andre asked.
"Oh she's doing so great," Haylee smirked wickedly, "we all have a bet going about how overdue she will be."
"I want in on that!" Kellyn immediately piped up.
"You're in the right place then. Jonah's in charge of it."
"Yessss!" Kellyn grinned.
"When are you heading back to San Fran?" Kort asked wrapping an arm around Haylee's shoulders.
"Tonight. I need to get back to the Warriors. I took this time off to be with Lex and baby girl Porter. But baby girl Porter isn't here, and I've had sooo much time off."
"Jonah going too?" Sam asked.
"Yeah. We'll come back when we hear that Lex is in labour," he nodded looking up from taking down Kellyn's addition to the Beth "plus I need to start getting ready for preseason."
"Good plan. How are the dogs with Liam and Camryn?"
"They're perfect. Nadir has been super easy to train fortunately," Jonah grinned.
