Haylee smiled as she got out of the car in front of the Giants hotel. She walked in and smiled when she saw Lindsee, Genevieve, and Milene standing in the lobby waiting for her. She rushed over and hugged her friends tightly. Jonah had told them that she was having a rough time and would fill them in on the rest.

"How are you, sweet girl?" Genevieve asked.

"I'm okay. I'm just anxious to go home with Jonah. It's been a rough go," Haylee sighed.

"Jonah said you've been having a rough time," Lindsee nodded.

"Like you wouldn't believe," she groaned.

"Oh boy. Well let's get your luggage into Jonah's room, and then we can talk over lunch," Milene smiled softly.

"Sounds good; I'm pretty hungry," Haylee nodded.

Half an hour later, all four ladies were sitting down at the hotel restaurant having appetisers and drinks waiting for their entrees to be ready. Haylee was so glad to be back with the friends she had made in San Francisco and away from Colorado.

She loved Colorado. It's where she grew up, but right now, she honestly wanted nothing to do with it. She didn't want to think about Colorado. She let out a heavy sigh.

"So your trip to Colorado wasn't great?" Genevieve asked.

"Not really," she mumbled, "I mean the game was great. We won by 21 points. I went home to try and patch things up with my parents."

"So that's what wasn't great," Lindsee squeezed her hand.

"Yeah. It was awful. My mom was like 'oh you haven't gotten an abortion?' and then my dad said they couldn't support me having this baby because they didn't think Jonah was the right man for me. I was crying, and then Lex popped off on them hard. Mike threw her over his shoulder to get her out of the house because she was ready to torch that place to ground," Haylee explained.

"Oh, Haylee," Milene gasped and handed her a tissue.

"Yeah. So," she sighed stirring her lemonade.

"What are you going to do?" Genevieve asked.

"I don't know. The Warriors gave me some time off. I just want to go home," she put her face in her hands.

Lindsee wrapped her arms around Haylee and hugged her close. Haylee hugged her back still sniffling. She hated how this was tearing up her family. Dillon was very much on her side and had refused to talk to their parents since the first fight.

"I think it's good that you have a week or so to just kinda chill out at home with Jonah and Lex before his season starts."

"Me too. There's only a month left of the Warriors regular season. I'll probably do home play off games, and that's it. I'd love to travel, but it makes me so sick," Haylee ran her fingers through her hair.

"I'm sorry that your pregnancy is having so many other problems on top of the morning sickness," Genevieve frowned, "this is supposed to be exciting."

"That's how I feel. Millie is going to come stay with us, and Megan's offered to come up every month. Not to mention Dillon and Paige are willing to come out whenever I need them. So I still have a lot of family support," Haylee smiled a little.

"And you have all of us. And all of the Warriors team too. You are far from alone. If you need anything, please reach out," Milene squeezed her hand.

"Yeah I completely agree. We love you," Lindsee grinned hugging her again.

"Ugh I'm gonna start crying again," Haylee laughed.

"Hopefully happy tears this time," Milene smiled.
