"You're sure you don't mind?" Haylee asked Jonah.
"I'm positive. We'll be more than alright. We're home for this stretch of post season. Besides, I know you want to go to your first away game, and I know you want to watch Dillon play in the Cup semi finals," Jonah soothed, rubbing Haylee's arms.
"Okay thank you. I love you."
"I love you too, Hayls," Jonah kissed her forehead.
"Okay, then I'll get packing," Haylee smiled.
She was so glad to be back at work, but she also felt bad for leaving Jonah with both the twins. He had insisted that he could handle watching them while she was in Atlanta with the Warriors. It was also perfect timing to watch the conference finals. Atlanta United were playing against Philadelphia Union.
Haylee and the twins had been spending a lot of time in Atlanta because Paige and Dillon loved seeing them. She hadn't been to Colorado much because her parents still weren't very involved with the twins. Haylee wasn't sure her relationship with her parents would ever truly recover. It made her sad, but she wasn't losing sleep over it because she knew she had an amazing husband. Haylee loves her in-laws, and she had an awesome big brother.
