Bailey said putting the defibrillator down, she looked at me directly before walking away. I pulled my gloves off as I exited the room, I thought about everything that just happened as I walked through the halls, tears began to form in my eyes. I made my way into a somewhat empty hallway before leaning against the wall, I slid my back down it beginning to sit on the ground trying not to hyperventilate,
'y/n?',
I heard Jackson somewhat ask as he walked through the halls. He crouched down in front of me,
'did I kill them?',
I asked him as it was the only thought I had in my brain right now. Jackson looked at me extremely concerned, he moved so he was sitting next to me. He put his arm around me shoulders and pulled me into him,
'y/n no matter what happened or happens in that OR you have to remember that you are just doing your best, you are just doing your job',
Jackson said. I was still hyper ventilating,
'b-but the look that Bailey gave me',
I said before beginning to cry again, Jackson kissed the top of my head,
'Bailey is extremely stressed at the movement and is over analysing everything that we do; you did nothing',
