Mirae's POV
"Show me your hand," San said, sitting beside me. We we now at a park.
"What are you going to do?"
"Just do as I say."
He took my hand in his and gently applied the ointment on my knuckles. I kept looking at him as he did that.
"The other one." He did that for both of my hands before putting a band aid on them. "Done."
"...Thanks."
He smiled. "Here..." He handed me a cup of ramyeon. "Spicy ramyeon is the best when you're feeling low."
I weakly smiled. "And who told you that?"
"I just made it up." He giggled, showing his dimples. I chuckled at him.
He's really unpredictable.
"Is this park always empty? Why aren't there any people here?" I asked, mixing the noodles with the sauce.
"It's a secret park. It's blocked by those three big buildings. So people don't know about it."
"Ah, I see..."
"I found it when I was a trainee here." I nodded.
I stopped mixing the noodles. "You're not asking me the reason?"
"What reason?" He turned to me, cheeks looking like a hamster.
"The reason I cried earlier."
He swallowed his food before speaking. "I won't ask if you don't want to talk about it. I'm not that nosy you know."
I weakly smiled and looked up at the clear sky for a while.
"And..." he said, making me look back at him. "Whenever you want to talk about your worries, you can always come to me... I'll be there to hear it all."
At that moment, I was really touched by his words. After dad passed away, I was all alone. I didn't had anyone to talk to. I was so lonely back then.
But now I think I found someone with whom I can talk to. Someone to whom I can let out all my worries.
I found that someone. I found San.
I smiled. "Thanks."
He smiled back. "Now eat up before it gets cold."
"San-ah..." Before I could say anything else, he choked on his ramyeon. "Are you okay?" I patted his back.
"Uh, I'm okay... I just choked because you called me informally. You usually call me by my full name."
"Ah... If you want me to call you by you full name–"
"No! I don't want that... You can talk to me informally from now on. I don't like people calling me by my full name."
"Okay, San-ah."
I chuckled as he wasn't able to look at me in the eyes, his cheeks showing a light shade of pink.
He looks so cute like that.

I was still chatting with him when I realised that it was already the time for his schedule.
"Oh no!" I gasped, covering my mouth. "It's almost the time for you to go for the shoot of those two variety shows." I quickly stood up. "Let's hurry up."
"I'll skip it for now."
"Wae? No, you can't do that." I pulled him up from his seat. "You need to go."
"I don't want to." He pouted.
"No! Your fans will be upset. And you can't do that." I pushed him towards the car as he whined.

The shoot took some hours but it was safely done. We were now heading back to the company.
San was very tired after the shoot so he rushed to the van as soon as we reached the parking lot. He went in and breathed out heavily.
"Ah, I'm so tired!..."
I too sat inside the van, beside him. He leaned back on his seat and closed his eyes to take a nap. And soon we were on our way back to the company.
It was a little cold so I was warming my hands with a hot pack. Then my gaze landed on San who was shivering a little.
Is he cold?
I covered him with the blanket which I used to cover my legs. I then tucked his hands inside the blanket but they felt cold.
I was looking for the hot pack, that I had, to give it to him when his fingers suddenly intertwined with mine.
I looked up at him to see if he was awake. But he wasn't, he was still sleeping peacefully. I tried to remove my hand from his grasp but he instead held it more tightly.
I decided to stay like that as he was still deep in sleep. I leaned back on my seat. I looked out of the window and at the sky. The stars were shinning so bright then.
It looks so beautiful...
I was still looking out when San's head suddenly rested on my shoulder. My heart skipped a beat at that moment. And we stayed like that for the rest of our journey.
To be continued...
