Being a bodyguard seems to be a very responsible and a boring job, isn't it? And so thinks Mirae. But things get complicated for her when she becomes the bodyguard of, the famous actor and singer, Choi San and starts to fall for him.

I nodded. "Hm... The place is a little far away but I'll make it to there."
Lee Hyunwoo had texted me the address already and I think it's his hideout cause he hasn't called me there before.
"I'm sure he'll call you soon after I reach there,"I said.
"Mianhae, for making you do this dangerous thing."
"You don't need to be sorry for that... The first rule for a bodyguard is to save their master at all costs. I'm just doing my job."
He pulled me into his arms. "How do I thank you for this?..." He pulled back after a while and cupped my cheeks. "Don't get hurt." I nodded.
He stared into my eyes for a while before pressing his lips on mine. I closed my eyes and melted into his kiss. He kissed me passionately as if it was his last kiss. We pulled back after a while to catch up our breath.
I could see worryness and fear in his eyes. I cupped his cheeks, giving him and assuring smile.
"Don't worry. I'll be fine," I said.
"Be careful."
I nodded and turned back to walk away. I took a few steps but turned back to face San. I ran to him and hugged him tightly.
I don't know why but I had a very weird feeling then. The feeling as if something bad is going to happen. But I tried to stay positive and gave him an assuring smile before heading out of the house.
I sat in the driver's seat and took a deep breath. "It's now or never... You can do it, Mirae! Just believe in yourself! You can do it!"
Just then I got a text from someone. It was Seonghwa oppa.
Did you get any evidence yet?
He'll surely be behind the bars today
I put my phone back, ignited the engine and drove to the destination.

I exited the car and looked around. The place was surrounded by trees and bushes from all the side which gave it a creepy look.
What a place to make his hideout.
I took a deep breath and walked towards the house which was situated in the middle of that area. I noticed that the guards were all around the house.
It would be a little difficult as the guards are at every corner.
The house looked pretty much normal from inside. I was then led to a hall where some furnitures were placed in the middle. And on one of those sat Lee Hyunwoo, crossing his legs.
I was very nervous but tried to stay confident and walked towards the front.
He smiled. "You're here? Have a seat." And so I did. "Have you decided yet?"
"Yes, I have... I'll do the last task."
—Flashback—
"Accept the task," San said. "Make him trust that you really are ready to execute me... And keep him busy with some talks so that I get more time to plan the rest of the things."
—End of flashback—
"But I need a good amount for it," I said.
"Of course. I'll give you double the amount you're thinking. But... I thought you wouldn't change your mind. You love Choi San, right? Then suddenly why?"
"I did love him but the main thing I was behind was money. I was always ready to betray him for that." I smirked. "Money is the thing without which you can't do anything in this world. Don't you think so?"
He smirked. "I like that attitude. That's why I chose you to do the last task."
"...What about you? Why do you want to kill him? Cause I don't see any reason for you to kill him."

Hyunwoo's POV
"I just resent him so much for what he always does," I said, recalling the past memories.
—Flashback—
"Hyunwoo-yah, hurry up! Let's go eat," San said.
"Yeah, hurry up!" Nari said.
"Coming!" I said and ran to them. I put my arms around their necks and dragged them with me. "Gaja~"
"Yah, let me go!" Nari tried to remove my hand but failed.
It was the time when we were trainees. We three were best friends. We were inseparable. We were trainees under Star Entertainment which was the company of Nari's dad.
But after some years, San left our company and became a trainee under another company named KQ Entertainment. He did that because he wanted to debut faster as our company didn't seem to like him much.
Even though he went to another company, he would always hang out with us. We three were everything for each other.
"Why are you staring at Nari like that?" San said, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Do you like her?"
"No! Why would I?" I said, looking elsewhere.
"Yah, you think you can fool me? I know you very well."
"Ah..." I rubbed the back of my neck.
"Guys, I brought coke for everyone," Nari said sitting beside me. "Here." She handed me one and the other to San.
It's right. I liked Nari. I liked her so much but was afraid that if I confess my feelings to her, I may lose her. Cause my love was only one-sided.
