The Read or Not to Read

The letter was from Lady Stark . It was addressed formally .Dany thought about ripping it up . Try as she might not to feel anything ,  she hated Sansa Stark . It was true she had not pursued Jon and had turned him down to be his wife , but ultimately she had been the one that had owned her husband's heart . It was true , a man loved you truly or he didn't . Women could learn to love a man , but Dany did not think a man could learn to truly love a woman . Dany thought about what would have happened if Lady Stark had told Jon about his son when he was younger . Would Jon have left them ? Probably  . The pull of The Starks , the North , Sansa Stark and his son would have been too much . The love he had for Rae would not have been enough to counter all that . He would have spent his time in Winterfell  and  come back and forth for Rae . She would have been deprived of her father . Dany sighed , Sansa Stark did let Rae have a family life during her formative years . She could have demanded that he be there for his son , but she didn't. These thoughts are what prompt Dany to open the seal of the letter .
