as the group that seemed to keep growing smaller and smaller stood in shock on what had just witnessed, the walker that had previously attacked andrea awoke, snarling as it sat up.

they all looked to it.

"shut up." daryl told it before casually shooting it in the head with his crossbow.

the group then began to walk back to camp, having the job of telling dale and t-dog that carl had been shot.

"shot? what do you mean shot?" dale's voice was raised in panic as he spoke.

"i don't know, dale. hey listen, all i know is this chick rode out of nowhere like zorro in a horse and took lori." glenn panted as he climbed over the metal bar that separated the road and the woods.

"you let her?"

"climbed outta my asshole man." daryl commented.

"rick sent her, she knew who rick, carl and lori were. plus there was no stopping lori from going." marcella paused for a second, climbing over the barrier. "she was on that horse before any of us knew what was going on."

"i heard screams, was that you?"dale questioned andrea, worriedly. ignorantly, andrea walked past dale.

"she got attacked by a walker. it was a close call." glenn informed dale.

noticing the woman's struggle, marcella helped carol over the barrier.

"andrea, are you alright?" dale called.

as andrea reached the campervan's door, she turned back for a moment to shake her head disapprovingly to dale. the blonde then entered the camper and slammed the door shut.

"hey, you okay?" glenn asked marcella as she sat herself down on the front of a car.

"yeah, just another day of shit." the young girl had her head in her hands as the hoodie that glenn had gifted her hung over her body. it was too big for her small frame, yet glenn thought it looked cute.

"i know el, i feel like we just keep losing everyone." glenn took a seat next to the woman that he cared about most.

"hey, you won't lose me." she stated to glenn as he clasped his hands together.

"you promise?"

"i promise."
