"y/n, come on, let's go!" jeno exclaimed as he stood next to the open passenger side door. he held the door open and was clearly awake, unlike you.

"no."

"we're gonna be late if you don't get out of the car," he said. you looked at him, and he brightly smiled at you. "you're going to love it," he added, trying to persuade you.

you groaned and got out of his car. jeno closed the door and locked his car before reaching into your hoodie pocket and pulling your hand out of your pocket so he could hold it.

"why did i agree to this?" you grumbled as you followed jeno up a hill that was next to the parking lot.

jeno squeezed your hand while using his other hand to fix his hair, "to be fair, you said wanted to do this one day," he recalled a conversation you two had about a month ago.

"are you sure i didn't say i wanted to watch the sunset instead of the sunrise?" you asked him and continued climbing up the hill. "it's too early for this," you said and heavily yawned.

"actually, you said you wanted to do both," he laughed. "be careful," he said and helped you get up a steep part of the hill. "you good?"

you nodded, "yea."

"okay, come on," he said and both of you walked for a little longer. "here we are!" he said and immediately plopped down on the ground.

"the city looks so pretty from here," you mentioned and sat down next to him. "oh! we got here just in time!" you said in amazement as the sun started to rise. "wow, everything in the city looks so pretty here," you said as you watched the scene in front of you.

"yep, sure does," jeno replied.

you turned your head and looked up at jeno. he was looking straight at you with a sincere smile on his face.

"hey..." you pouted, "you're supposed to look at the sunrise, not me..."

jeno laughed, "i can't help it! you're so adorable!" he said and pulled you into his lap. he wrapped his arms around you and pecked your lips. you kissed him back, and jeno looked away with a slight blush on his face, "stop being so cute, it's so unfair."

"says the one that hugged me like a koala last night."

"i was cold. i couldn't help it!"

both of you laughed and jeno pressed his forehead against yours. you smiled at him, and he kissed you again.

"i love you, y/n."

"i love you too, jeno."

you kissed him, and he kissed you back.

"do you want to buy breakfast, or do you want to go back to the dorm and make something?" jeno asked.

"how about we stay here for a little while longer?" you replied.

he smiled, "sounds like a plan," he answered and kissed you again.
