Mason couldn't be happier to slip away from me after our argument. I slept on the soft sand of the beach without him there with me. The stars were watching out for me and that didn't make me feel so alone. I brushed myself off and went back to the bungalow watching him frantically pack his stuff.

I knew that I had brought this on myself. I'm just surprised that he didn't leave last night. That would be smarter so he didn't have to face me. "Do you want some help?" I asked quietly.

"No I've got it covered." He zipped up his suitcase and dropped it from the messy bed sheets. "Thanks."

"Do you need a ride. Taxis are more expensive down here." I asked again and bit my lip.

"No. Ridley said she would pick me up." He still didn't look at me.

"She won't be here for like 14 hours."

"If I can endure a whole week with you then I can endure 14 hours." He finally looked at me. If looks could kill I would be well past dead. His usual liquid gold eyes were like ice and weren't bright. "Do you have anymore questions?" He spat making it very clear. He wanted to be left alone right now.

"Umm, no." And with that, I turned to the bathroom locking myself in it. Now was not a time to interrogate or even annoy him. Now wasn't a time to even talk to him simply. And to be honest I had nothing to say to him. Why should I apologize? None of it was my fault anyway. If he cared more, this wouldn't be happening.

"Telly!"He pounded on the bathroom. So maybe that's the game we were playing. If he's pissed than he would make me pissed. "Open the damn door."

Being an obedient good girl, I unlocked it and swung it open. "What." He held out my phone and practically threw it at me before he turned and left. I ran a frustrated hand through my hair and pressed it to my ear. "Hullo?" I left the door opened risking him ear hustling my conversation. Right about now, I kinda didn't care what he heard. He deserves to know how I feel.

"Telly are you okay?" Remie asked me frantically.

"Yeah I'm fine. What about you?" I took a seat on the toilet seat so I would lose my balance. Moose was being beyond annoy and immature.

"So um, we're back on." She talked about her and Jase and I smiled. At least they were happy. "That means we can double date again."

"No we can't."

"What's wrong with you and Moose." I cringed at her saying his name. "What happened. I thought being in Cali was good for you guys."

"Yeah it was good but I was being stupid and selfish and now he's pissed at me."

"How were you being selfish?"

"Because, I didn't think that it was fair that he would always hang out with R&R and Grey, which I have no problem with. I just didn't like how he never left enough time for me. And now I'm not getting any attention from him because he'll be in the studio almost all the time now."

"So wait he's staying in California when you come back?"

"No. Dad has a studio somewhere in Washington I think. At any rate I was right because Moose doesn't do anything without his friends. Like its time to cut the umbilical cord."
