Chapter Twenty Four

The Truth

Taehyung's POV

As I walk to Sunny's house I have so many thoughts. I was reflecting over what I did the other day and couldn't help but be so upset at myself. I know my heart only lies with Sunny, so why was I so comfortable with sleeping with Uni? Even through our hard times Sunny is the women I love, and I after what I did, I don't know where we lie. Our relationship is on the edge, we are not communicating and just fighting, now I do this? Could this really be the last straw? 

I walk up to Sunny's door and knock on it a couple times. No one responds so I bring my hand to the doorknob and turn it. It easily opens and I see sunny on the couch typing something in her laptop. I walk inside looking around to see if her parents were home, I assume they weren't. Sunny looks up from the laptop and glances at me. 

"The door is unlocked?" She asks herself. 

"Your parents might've forgotten to lock it..." I awkwardly close the door and walk to her. As she sees that I do, she quickly looks down at her laptop and continues typing. 

"I don't want to talk Taehyung, can you please leave?" I stand in front of her and sigh. 

"Sunny, we really need to talk," She shakes her head.

"We know how this always goes," Sunny looks up at me and stops typing, "You apologize, I ask what you are keeping from me and you say nothing. I get upset, we fight and then walk away," I cant deny any of that.She looks at me for a couple seconds then she looks back at her laptop, "I really don't have energy to continue fighting with you, so can you please leave Taehyung," I shake my head. 

"No Sunny. This is important," 

"I am sure it can wait-" I close her laptop forcing her to face me, "Taehyung!" I grab the laptop from her lap and place it on the couch. 

"I need to talk to you," Sunny sighs before crossing her arms to her chest, "I need to tell you something," I take a seat next to her on the couch, and I look at the floor. 

"Okay fine, what is it?" Sunny turns to face me, but I can't look her in the eyes. 

"Um..." I was trying to find the words but it was so difficult. This could easily ruin our relationship, and I'm not ready for that, "It's about Uni and I," Sunny tilts her head confused. 

"Uni?" She chuckles, "Okay?" 

I place my hands over each other and slowly looked up at Sunny, "Uni and I have been getting closer...and I know the amount of time she's been getting with me isn't fair for you, but she  really has been helping me with..a lot," Sunny's expression stays the same as I continue to speak, "And.. uh," I quickly look away, "With that we've been seeing each other a lot...when we are on the lows she gives me advice on how to better our relationship," 

"So that's why you guys are hanging out so much? Therapy talk?" I sigh at her. 

"The point is....that...something happened between us," Sunnys expression slowly turned as she started to think about what I said. 

"What do you mean?" 

"Something I regret, and I need to tell you because I don't want to throw away what we have. I love you Sunny, and I want us to get passed thi-" 

"You kissed her, didn't you?" Sunnys face slowly turned pale, she bit her lips trying to hold in the tears that were forming. It was so hard seeing her look at me like this. 

"I slept with her..." I saw as Sunnys eyes widen, I could tell her heart dropped. She couldn't hold back the tears. I couldn't say anything and just looked at her, I looked in her eyes and she did the same. I started to feel the emotions she felt and couldn't help but tear up, "S-sunny I'm so sorry, one thing led to another and it happene-"
