Chapter Forty

6 Months Later

Taehyung's POV

 Uni's arm wraps around my body while being half asleep. She pulls herself closer to me and is forced to stop moving once her heads hits my back. From the loud movements she was making, I flickered my eyes open revealing my room. My body quickly shivers, freezing from not having my shirt on. I turn over to Uni who's body was already facing me, but she was dead asleep. I smile softly at her face. Uni's cheeks were puffy and her lips are naturally pouting when she's sleeping. After releasing a small chuckle, I sit up knowing Uni wouldn't wake up. She's a very deep sleeper from what I've learned these past couple months. My hands raise to my eyes and I slowly message them waking myself up. I felt relieved after doing so and look to the right to check my clock that was on the night stand. 

"Omo," I say to myself once I read the time. There were only an hour until school began, and what I've also learned about Uni is that she takes forever to get ready. I look down to her before placing my hand over her head and softly stroking it, "Uni..." I call. My voice was raspy since I just woke up. Uni didn't budge once, "Yah..." I call again this time moving my hand to her shoulder and softly shaking it, but she didn't move, "Ileonaaa (wake up)," I sigh at Uni not moving once again. 

Uni stretches her arm over my leg before leaving it there. I look at her and it felt like time was freezing for a while, she looks so peaceful like this. Finally, I get out of my thoughts and remember about school. I drag my legs off my bed, once I was settled I raise my arms above my head stretching it as high as I can. My arms drops after I was satisfied, and I turn around to face Uni's dead body, "Aish," I curse under my breath beginning to get annoyed. Finally, I grab the blanket and quickly pull it off the bed. 

Uni's body begins to curl up into a ball right away, "Aish..." She curses under her breath this time with her eyes shut. 

"Uni wake up," I stood there waiting for her to get up but she still doesn't move. Impatiently, I walk over to my curtains and push them away from each other revealing the bright sun on Uni's eyes.

"Yaaaah," 

"Get up!" Uni finally turns her body to face me, fighting to open her eyes. My serious tone begins to turn into a chuckle watching Uni's face. Once her eyes were squinted open, she bends her knees to her chest and pouts. 

"What's the special occasion?" Uni asks looking up at me. 

I turn around and walk towards my closet, "First day of school, Uni," The closet revealed all the T-shirts I had, and I grabbed a random one before beginning to put it on. 

"Oh right..." Uni gets off the bed walking to the blanket that was on the floor. 

"Are you hungry?" She picks up the blanket without looking at me and pulls its over her shoulders. 

"Yeah, what should we make?" Uni holds the blanket with her fist as it sits on her shoulders. 

I shake my head, "I'm going to have a blood bag," 

Uni begins walking through the door towards the living room, "I'll have one too," I laugh from her comment following her foot steps. 

"You should stick to cereal," As I turn into the kitchen, Uni sits down on the couch facing me. She watches as I open a cabinet that was filled with blood bags. I take one and rip the corner off before placing my mouth over it. With the hand that was holding the bag, I squeeze it forcing the blood to enter my mouth. I made sure to get back on my blood diet these past couple months since I was getting weak. Now, I'm able to control how much I drink and can even be around Uni while I drink it.
