London's POV
This house is amazing! Kyle and I are pulling up the driveway and it looks astonishing from the outside.
There aren't any other cars here. Odd.
When we walk in, there is a lady slumped in a chair in he corner.
"Hello," I say, "is this the open house?"
She looks up, excitement in her eyes.
"Yes, yes it is!" She squeals.
"Is anyone else here?" Kyle asks her. She shakes her head.
"You guys are the first." I smile at Kyle.
"I guess that means no competition." He smiles at me.
"Well, I'm Linda. I will be down here when you are done." She smiles and skips off to the couch.
Kyle and I look around and see a nice family room with an open concept kitchen.
Just what we want.
There is an attached dining room and study. The basement isn't finished yet, but the layout is amazing.
We walk upstairs and see 5 doors in the hallway.
4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
The bathroom is nice and big and 3 of the bedrooms are a perfect size.
We open the master door and walk into the biggest room ever.
It is amazing.
The master bath is big too! I love it.
We walk downstairs to Linda, she eagerly gets up and smiles.
"We love it! We want to buy it!" She smiles and gives us the contract.
"You need to fill this out in a 2 week deadline. Any time after that then we would have to withdrawal your offer."
We say our goodbyes and head home.
