Chapter 19 Good news

London's POV

I get a call at 9:00 this morning. It's from the LAPD. I answer.

"Yes."

"Is this London?"

"Yes."

"I have information about the release date of Chris and Patricia."

"Really! When is it?"

"November 15th of this year."

"Wait, what is the date today?"

"September 15th."

"So exactly 2 months."

"Yes, ma'am."

"Thank you." I hang up. I take a deep breath and call Quinta.

She hangs up and texts me.

Sorry, I just woke up. Voice sounds like poop. Just text me. -Q

I have big news! -L

Well spit it out women! -Q

I know the release date for Chris and Patricia! -L

STOP MOCKING ME AND JUST TELL ME! -Q

November 15th! -L

2 months! -Q

Yeah. And I have more news. -L

What!? -Q

Kyle and I are officially dating! -L

Oh my gosh! How lucky. Shouldn't you be telling the first news to him? -Q

Oh yeah. BRB. -L

I get up and knock at Kyle's door. Addie opens the door.

I just then realize that I'm wearing sweats and my bunny shirt. She was wearing almost the exact same thing.

I cross my arms across my chest to cover my shirt.

"Is Kyle there?"

She nods and let's me in. Kyle is making a nice breakfast.

Strawberries, pancakes, chocolate milk, French toast, and scrambled eggs.

He looks up at me and smiles.

"Hey, Love. What are you doing here?"

"I have something to tell you."

He widens his eyes. I smile at his worrying face.

"It's nothing bad. It's good actually. Chris and Patricia aren't getting out for another 2 months."

He smiles and hugs me. I kiss him. Addie clears her throat. We both blush and he invites me to stay for breakfast.

We hear a knock on the door. Kyle gets up and looks out of the peephole.

"My family is here."
