Rinyoung sat stiffly on one of the singular couches, her hardened expression and lack of voice and glanced towards the boys shocked the members. At her side, Jaebum and Jackson, a body guard, stood—orbs narrowed and glaring at the group.

Chenle reached forward, hand outreaching to the woman's arm, "Rinyoung—"

"Don't," She whispered, flinching away— eyes clenching shut from the potential following events that could have happened if he did lay the pads of his fingers on her.

The Zhong's face faltered into a deep frown. Pain flashed across his features as he retracted his hand.

Renjun rolled his eyes in annoyance— being ticked off by her rude behavior. "So we are kind enough to take you in and treat you like family, and suddenly you disappear and indulge yourself in your family riches to just leave again?" The male scoffed loudly, standing up in anger.

Flaring her nostrils, to compose her appearance, she turned towards the boy— eye lids fluttering open.

"You don't understand—" She hissed, though the poison in her voice lacked any honesty.

"No, I think I do," He seethed, sauntering forward to her chair. Quickly in panic, Jeno latched his fingers around his wrist to stop him from going any further. "You're just like any other elite," he growled, "You're only nice to others when you need them, when you want to use them, but once you're no longer in need of us, you leave as if everything we've done, everything we've gave is nothing to you."

Rinyoung's heart clenched. She was offended that someone she was close to would go that far— and think that she would stoop that low, that she was that low. Her whole act was dismantled in front of their eyes. The female's face eased into a less structured expression, her eyes pooling with the never ending words she wanted to express- that could possibly change everything in that moment.

But she felt something at her back, prompting her lids to fall and reveal once again a deep abyss.

Terrified at the steel material pressed into her skin, she gulped down her nerves and sighed. She couldn't do anything but nod, allowing the pressure behind her to falter.

Silence blanketed the room, the sounds of Renjun's jacket only occupying their ears as he was dragged out by Jaemin and Jeno to the hallway.

Suddenly, the front door flew open— Donghyuck running in— his face sweaty with perspiration and washed over with relief catching a glimpse of his love.

Though before he could reach her, two males stepped in front of him— pushing him back— the boy falling roughly to his knees.

Donghyuck didn't care though.

He looked between them, his desperate orbs meeting her stone cold ones that once held his life in them.

"Sweetheart," he called out to her, his lulling voice making her heart flutter, but she urged it to stop.

"Boys," She ordered, standing up and trudging her way to them, pushing the two out of the way, so that she could stand in front of her soulmate.

"Stand up," She whispered, however her voice was firm.

The lack of affection that he held for her, made his whole being slouch further, symbolizing the grave pain the sudden dawning of her new persona caused.

"No," He spoke deeply, tone matching hers as his eyes stayed glued to the woman's.

"Why are you being so difficult right now?" She stammered, her own self not believing the words that she ever so lightly let out. "Why?"

"I know how these things go," He sighed, hands finding her own, grasping them in his warm calloused palms— that although they differed from hers— they brought a large sense of comfort to her aching soul. "This is me begging you to stay,"

"I can't do that," Rinyoung closed her eyes, her heart being too empty to handle a sight like this. Her head tilted up, not daring to glance his way.

"You promised,"

On the side, Taeyong's eyes narrowed. He scanned her entire figure— noticing she still wore the same clothes as the day before, though her right sleev of her shirt lifted slightly.

He stared closer, seeing a bandaid peak out, a blue coloring appearing as a dot on the cloth part— which usually was blood, if it was a normal shot.

Realizing what it was, he turned away, equally as hurt as the others.

"You promised," He shouted angrily, standing up on his feet. His tall body loomed over hers as he stared down at her— facial expression hard with the flurrying emotions that conflicted him. "We're soulmates," His hand latched to her wrist, before it unclasped quickly after— Rinyoung shaking his grip off her.

"Soulmates don't hold each other back," She turned her head to the side— eyes boring to the plain white wall— being delicately painted over by her honey orbs.

"Rinyoung—"

"Soulmates don't give obstacles to one another,"

"Soulmates want the best for each other,"

"So if you are my soulmate, you'd let me leave this hell."

"Because in this home, i feel suffocated too,"

"Because in this home, i feel suffocated too,"
