"So why am I here? And why didn't you tell me to wear something a little more ... appropriate?" Rinyoung complained,  pointing at her footwear that completely stood out amongst the various shoes and heels that walked past.

"What do you mean," Jaemin looked down at her feet, finding nothing wrong. "Your bunnies are cute." He reasoned, smiling at the cute button eyes.

"Well, not everyone shares the same thought." The girl muttered, seeing people look and laugh. Uncomfortable from their gazes, she shifted on the heels of her slippers, looking elsewhere. "Anyway, what do you need help with?"

"About that.. are you okay with blood?" Jaemin asked in hesitation. A sheepish smile hung onto his face seeing the girl's expression drop.

"I see it for a week once a month, what do you think?"

"I'm just making sure!" He exclaimed, cheeks darkening from the sudden mention.

Changing the subject, Rinyoung turned her attention and concern to the missing presence of the others. "Where are the boys?"

"Well, we really just need help with one."

"Don't tell me it's Donghyuck."

"Ding ding ding. You guessed it. Your prize is getting him home." Jaemin cheered, hooking arms with her before venturing down the stairs to the main floor.

Rinyoung could feel the bass of the music at her feet from the loudness of the song. Though she couldn't fully look around, as she was being dragged by the Na, she thought the ambiance was fun, yet very off-putting. The pair maneuvered through the various mingling bodies of the dance floor to the casino area.  Tables of men and women crowded the floor, each with a desire of winning in their eyes.

"Isn't this illegal?" The raven-haired girl yelled over the noise, reeling Jaemin's attention to her.

Still navigating the grounds, he looked down at her briefly and shot a large grin. "Yup."

Walking past the green felted tables, Rinyoung couldn't help but allow her eyes to linger on the items laid. Numerous numbers, words and dice faces were printed on the fabric— nearly hypnotizing the money loving table residents. A man threw a pair of dice, it rolling to a collective 7. And as he saw the '4' and '3' he shouted in pure greed, realizing he had won a large sum of cash.

The sight made Rinyoung's stomach queasy. She didn't like it. She immediately turned her head away, back to the front seeing the casino tables falter in amount, as they came to a back wall.

The pair halted in their steps.

"Fair warning," Jaemin announced, catching her attention. "Through those doors," the boy nodded to a pair of doors that stood in the middle. "There's gonna be a lot of colors like blue, purple and red, yup a lot of red."

"Do i even wanna know what Donghyuck is doing in there?" She inquired, suddenly nervous of the actions being committed at that very moment.

"Either way, you'll find out." Jaemin piped out, beginning to walk forward once again.

Nearing the door, Jaemin held his hand out and pushed it open, revealing a car park looking room that held a grand ring in the middle. Surrounding it were dozens of people, screaming and cheering as they anticipated a body to fall at any second. Above a few lights flickered and shone down on two men inside of the ring, who were both shirtless and physically pained.

One of them being her soulmate.

Rinyoung watched in horror as Haechan threw a punch to the man, making the crowd scream louder.

In retaliation, the individual kicked him knocking the boy down to the dirty mat at their feet. The stranger toppled over him and straddled the boy's hips, beginning to pound his fist recklessly into Haechan barred arms, that he had put up in defense.

Swinging his legs up, her soulmate rolled backwards with the other man, gaining the upper hand.

With much more power and determination, he began to do the same. This time the other wasn't able to block his face.

Rinyoung felt her heart race as the seconds slowly ticked by. She didn't even notice the other boys that had finally shown up. All of her attention was placed on the ring.

Her throat had begun to close seeing how far the referee had allowed Haechan to dominate the other. It was until men, believed to be workers of the speakeasy, had pried the boy off his opponent, leaving the man to lay in pain and fear.

The referee finally had walked up onto the ring, holding a large suitcase under one arm and a whistle between his lips. He blew it and grabbed haechan's wrapped palm in his free hand. The older man raised it high in the air, signifying the boy's win.

Donghyuck smirked smugly, though it hurt to move any muscle at all. His body was covered in perspiration, it glistening in the light, and his skin was littered with newly forming bruises. His right eye had started to become purple, as his lip held a cut and had dried blood spilt on his chin.

His dark hazy orbs scanned the dim room, trying to spot his friends but instead they only met a pair of eyes that shook uncontrollably.

Something bubbled in the pit of his stomach.
