The red car slowed to a stop in front of the large NCT home. Donghyuck pulled out his keys and exited with Rinyoung following suit. Still dressed in their party outfits they trailed up to the large doors.

The pair quietly joked— as it was early in the morning— about their recently created inside jokes.

"You're so stupid," The raved-haired girl laughed, shoving Donghyuck as they came to the entrance.

"Yeah, Yeah, whatever Miss—" Just as the boy was gonna continue their banter, the front doors flew open, revealing a very annoyed group of older men.

"Yah Lee Dong Fucking Hyuck!" Doyoung yelled, grabbing ahold of the boy's wrist and dragging him into the living room.  Behind them, Taeyong gently took Rin and ushered her to the same room.

Confused, Rinyoung looked at the pink haired boy and Jaehyun. "What's happening—"

Jaehyun nodded to the front, directing the girl's vision. As she turned, her mouth fell open from the sight.

Jisung amd chenle were sprawled out on the couch, reeking of alcohol as Jaemin and Renjun leant against it, the chinese with a puke filled bag attached to his mouth.

"Holy shit."

Taeyong patted her back before leaving to go by Doyoung's side— who stood at the foot of the long grey couch.

The older's demeanor had changed since he left the girl's side. He was soft and gentle with the woman, but as he glared daggers at Haechan, his whole aura had darkened. "Donghyuck. Having Jeno lug all four of these boys in the house at 4 am is not how I wanted to start my morning."

"Well-"

"Did i say to speak?" Taeyong threatened, crossing his arms firmly. Knowing the shit he would get from them later, the younger pressed his lips together.

"What did I say about parties? And Jisung and Chenle are still not allowed to drink, but I come down stairs from all the ruckus to see two drunk little boys talking about how they can see two heads on renjun! And not even a few seconds later, the two black out and fall on the hard wooden floor! Not to mention that Jaemin reeks of sex and looks like he has starred in some type of pornography film and Renjun is equally as drunk as the younger boys and is practically barfing out the side dishes from last week. Didn't I tell you that ever since Mark left the dream unit, you were in charge?"

"But-" Seeing the angered look on Taeyong's face, Donghyuck immediately shut up.

"And you brought Rinyoung into this mess! It's barely been a few days since everything happened! I thought you were more responsible than this! Do you not know that you aren't a reckless teen anymore?! You're a full grown adult and I suggest you fucking start acting like it," The men all stiffened at their leader's scoldings as it was the worse thing to receive. "That's it. I've had enough of your attitude and behavior. You're on probation until further notice, and I don't want you or these drunks ever sneaking in at 5 in the morning again."

Feeling exasperated, Taeyong's lips dropped into a frown as his chest deeply lifted and fell as he heaved furiously. Sighing harshly, the male brought his hand to his eyes and dragged it down to his chin where he cupped it.

"Jaehyun, take Young to the kicthen and get some vitamins and water in her, the last thing I need is her to dehydrate." Following the boy's orders, Jaehyun hooked his arms with Rin's, pulling her away from the living room— shutting the door behind him as they made it to the hallway.

"I'm sorry," she muttered under her breath, her head lowered in shame.

"Why are you apologizing?" He inquired, leading them to the kitchen.

"I wanted to go to this party willingly, it wasn't Donghyuck's fault. I promise. Punish me instead! He tried to make me stay home, but I didn't listen." She cried, trembling and shaking. As the truth spilled from her chapped lips, Jaehyun's steps halted.

"Rinyoung, look at me."

Hesitantly, she raised her head and met his softening eyes.

"Don't be sorry for the ways you tried to kill your sadness. Though you should have listened for your safety and health, it's okay."

"I've been there."
