Y/N's POV:
I sheepishly grinned down at Thor as he shook his head in disbelief. "Sorry, we didn't know how to invite you, besides we feared you'd kick us out of Asgard if we did." I shrugged, turning away from both of them. Thor cleared his throat, decidedly brushing past this new bomb shell of information I had just dropped on him.
"We're looking for my father." he finally announced.. Dr Strange once again turned to look at Thor, thinking over what he said. Before coming to his conclusion.
"So, if I were to tell you where Odin was, all parties concerned..." he shot me a look as I scowled back at him through hooded eyes "would promptly return to Asgard?"
"Promptly." Thor agreed. Dr Strange smiled and for the first time relaxed into his chair.
"Great! Then I'll help you." But a part of me was wondering what would have happened if we didn't agree to go back...
"If you knew where he was, why didn't you call me?" I twisted to look at Thor as we mirrored each other's confusion but for very different reasons.
"I have to tell you, he was adamant that he would not be disturbed. Your father said he had chosen to remain in exile." Dr Strange explained, but I was still watching Thor.
"Why does that matter?! Thor, you don't even have a phone, how do you expect people to contact you." I blurted out, watching as Thor looked up at me, gesturing back over at the "Wizard".
"No, I don't have a phone, but you could have sent an electronic letter. It's called an email." as if it was obvious. The Dr narrowed his eyes again, slightly confused.
"Yeah, do you have a computer?" he asked.
"No. What for?" Thor stated so matter-of-factly that I wanted the wizard to teleport a pillow to my hand so I could either scream into it or hit Thor over the head with it. I could see the pain on the man's face opposite us and despite the ancient collectibles around us, he was in fact a rather modern-looking guy; not like the God beside me. Furthering my crippling embarrassment even more. "Anyway my father is no longer in exile. So if you could tell me where he is, I can take him home." Thor may have been happy to be getting his dad back, but I could feel the anxiety crawling up the back of my neck... What would happen to Loki and I when he returned? He had put me in prison for his attempted assassination before, what was he going to do for taking over his "Realm"?
"Gladly he's in Norway." Strange standing as he spoke, but as soon as he was on his feet we once again thrown into a new room, struggling to keep my balance as I stumbled on my feet. Thor even worse as he swayed, sloshing his drink everywhere on the floor. "I'm just seeing whether this incantation requires any Asgardian modifications." Dr Strange mumbled as he scanned the book he was now holding, completely fine from the abrupt movement.
Thor grasped the bookshelf next to him with his eyes squeezed shut, I suppose I was a little more used to this somewhat with Loki's ability to teleport around. "Nope" Strange slammed the book and we jumped to another room, although I have to admit with the rate we were going I was starting to feel a bit dizzy. Thor slammed into another bookshelf when Strange turned to us speaking "Oh, we don't need that." Bringing us to another room, this time causing Thor to pull down one of the bookshelves; books hitting the floor and sliding away as the drink he was still gripping spilled onto the floor. Letting out a frustrated sigh he slammed the drink on a nearby table and began walking towards the Dr.
"Will you stop doing that?" he boomed, but I only giggled at his frustration, as the Dr innocently turned around stammering.
"Can I... I need... Just one strand of your hair." but as Thor started to argue Strange appeared behind him, plucking a single hair from his head, followed by an ouch from Thor. For the God of Thunder, or just being a God in general, he was just a bit childish.
