chapter two ;; (t)raining

Your laugh makes my ears sore.

Hinata nodded slowly, sliding his bedroom door closed as she left him alone. Neji sighed heavily, shaking his head. He chose to treat and wrap his wound up himself, then get prepared for bed.

After you finished your rant, Masagi suddenly picked you up and walked you to his bedroom. He placed you on his bed, observing the sprain in your ankle. It'd turned a shade of purple and began to swell up. He forced you to get into the bath, where he put an unknown amount of healing powders, liquids, and other substances in the bath.

"Masagi, you're overreacting. It doesn't even hurt."

"You literally tore the ligaments in your ankle, and you're saying it doesn't hurt? Can you even walk without limping?"

"Of course, I can." You replied, taking three normal steps forward.

"Wow. That's very impressive, but you still have to do this. You can't just let it stay like that. If it heals by itself, your ligaments could combine and create instability. Or worse, it could get infected and a flesh eating disease could take over your entire body."

In less than a second, your clothes were on the ground and you were in the bathtub.

"That's what I thought."

"Masagi, this stuff stinks. I can't bathe in this."

"Do you want the flesh ea—."

"No!"

"Okay, then. I'll get dinner started."

"How long do I have to be in here?"

"Thirty minutes to an hour."

"What?! Masagi, I can't be in here for that long! It smells so bad!"

"You're gonna have to deal with it, Lady Y/n."

You groaned. Masagi smiled at you before walking out of the bathroom to give you privacy.

Anytime you came up injured, Masagi was always the first person to check on you and be sure you were okay. He tried so hard to learn the aspects of healing jutsu's, but he was never able to do it. His body just wasn't meant to heal others. So, with that, he chose to invent many different types of healing medicines.

They were all successful, and he'd got quite a bit of money from it. It wasn't like he needed money, being that he already had all the money he would ever need plus more. He just wanted to do something in substitution for the thing he could never do.

So, with that, every time you were hurt, it was always him to help. He'd do everything he can in his power before sending you to a hospital, which resulted in you never even being in a hospital building.

Not only would he help you, but he'd also spoil you whenever you were injured to the point where you couldn't move or had to stay in bed. If you were infected with a sickness, he'd get you anything you wanted.

That one time your right leg was fractured, he didn't let you use your crutches. He, instead, got a wheelchair and chose to do all of the work for you, despite you insisting on just dealing with crutches.

You were very appreciative of him, he just could get a bit overbearing sometimes.

After being in the bath for about forty minutes, you finally chose to get out. After you were dried off and dressed, Masagi wrapped your ankle up, but of course, not without putting one of his ointments on first.
