Natalia's POV

The rest of our morning is spent as we normally would have gone about it. Grayson washed my hair in the shower and rubbed the loofa across my arms, legs, back, and stomach. He always loved washing me in the shower. I loved washing him, too. It's one of the many things that I missed while away from Grayson. At this point, I believe that it's safe to say I miss everything about Grayson.

When we get downstairs, his family are already away and crowded in the kitchen. Shane is at the stove and flips a pancake as soon as we walk in.

"Morning, you guys!" He smiles at us. "I told Sofia not to annoy you guys so you could enjoy your morning. Everyone was getting hungry so I just went ahead and started making some breakfast."

"Thanks." Grayson says with a sigh of relief. Sometimes I forget that while he enjoys cooking, he might enjoy being cooked for in this case scenario.

"Natalia!" Sofia shrieks, engulfing me in a hug. "I'm so glad you're here right now."

"I am too." I smile.

"Come with me! I need to show you what I'm wearing!" She exclaims, skipping down the hallway.

"Let her eat first, Sof." Grayson says, pulling me back gently.

"It's okay!" I assure him.

"Nat." He sigh in a warning tone.

"I'm fine!" I assure him. "I'll be right back. Will you get me a plate ready?"

"Yes." He replies. "But hurry back."

I follow her down the hallway and smirk as she gives me a knowing look.

"Okay so...what's going on there?" She asks. "Are you two back together?"

"No." I sigh. "But...I think we might be working on a way to make this work?"

"Really?" She shrieks.

"Yes." I smile. "Now show me what you're going to wear."

When picturing Sofia getting married, I envisioned a long wedding gown. Something fitting and elegant, but with enough sparkle to stand out. Actually, yes. The sequins, glitter, and rhinestones were a must on any Sofia Parker wedding gown.

What she pulls out of the bag is not what I had envisioned. A short, white cocktail dress is not what I had envisioned.

"What do you think?" She asks with excitement.

The expression on my face must not have been pleasant, because she quickly begins to panic.

"Oh my God, it's ugly isn't it?" She asks, mortified.

"No, no!" I exclaim quickly. "It's beautiful. It's just...I pictured you in something very extra." I laugh.

"Me too." She smiles. "But it's just family here. I don't really care to impress you guys that much." She teases.

"It's super cute." I smile.

"Plus, look at the shoes and the jewelry. Shane let me take his card shopping. Which he quickly found out was a big mistake." She smirks.

She pulls out a pair of the most beautiful heels I have ever seen. The bottom of the heel is the signature red that all girls know from across the room. The clear pump is covered in white and light pink rhinestones. They match her ring perfectly.

"Oh my God, you didn't!" I exclaim, holding the shoe in my hand.

"I did!" She exclaims. "Almost two thousand. But that's okay because it's Christian Louboutin. And they're absolutely adorable! Oh, and he let me get some new jewelry too!"

She pulls out a Swarovski box and places the glittery necklace around her neck.

"I decided to spend most of my budget on the shoes, of course. But this is still super cute! Oh! It came with matching earrings too." She smiles.

"Okay, so I take back what I said earlier. You are still extra." I laugh.

"Plus, I'm wearing this to the airport after we leave here. We're going to Greece for a month."

"You're definitely living the dream." I smile. "You deserve all of this."

"Thanks, Nat." She smiles in return. "So, tell me about the new development with you and my brother."

"Well...I came over last night. It was a pretty rough night." I sigh.

"Why?"

"Your dad is just...well."

"He's an asshole. It's fine, you can say it."

"In so little words." I mutter.

"Yeah. He's just...rude."

"I know. Grayson was having a really rough time with it all."

"Yeah. I felt kind of bad asking for him to let them stay with him. They didn't want to get a hotel, though. And we didn't exactly have a lot of space for everyone at the apartment."

"Yeah, I get that."

"Grayson even offered to let them stay the apartment. Since you know, it's empty right now. But they said it would be easier if they just stayed with him."

"Well it hasn't be easier. That's for sure." I sigh.

"But what about the two of you?" She asks.

"Well...I don't know. I feel like he's coming around. He actually seemed excited about the baby for awhile. I don't know." I sigh.

"He's coming around. He's just scared." She says.

"I hope so. I mean, I'm scared too. So I get it." I reply with a sigh.

"And you have every right to be scared. This hasn't been easy by any means."

"Yeah." I sigh.

"Sofia!" I hear Shane call from down the hall. "Come get your breakfast!"

"Coming!" She yells in reply. "Ready to start this day?"

"Ready." I smile.

"But wait! I did get us something to wear until we get ready." She smiles, going through one of the many bags.

"What?" I laugh.

"Found it!" She exclaims, pulling out a pair of light pink, silk pajamas.

"Are you serious?" I exclaim, feeling the material under my fingertips.

"Yeah! I got us matching ones! Yours is light pink and has your name in white. Mine is white and has my name in light pink." She smiles. "How cute are these?"

"Adorable." I smile. "Should we wear them now?" I laugh.

"Absolutely!" She exclaims and rushes to the bathroom to slip hers on.
