Double Trouble part 1

Kim Seokjin walked out of the elevator that led to the underground parking lot when he received a call. When he saw his husband's name on the caller ID he smiled happily and answered the call.

"Hey baby, I'm just leaving work and should be home in a few minutes."

"I'm.. I'm actually calling to let you know that I won't be able to make it tonight. I am swamped at work and I was just given another task that needs to be dealt with by morning."

"But it's my birthday Tae." Seokjin replied sadly.

"I know babe, I'm really sorry. It couldn't be helped. I will try to hurry and see you before the night is over though. Ok, I love you."

The call ended before Seokjin could respond. He then sat in his car as tears fell down his face.

He can't believe that Tae is missing his birthday after promising to start spending more time with him. It's a yearly event. He isn't asking for much. Just some time alone with the man he loves.

He starts driving and heads home to an empty house.

Meanwhile, miles away in Gwangju

Seokjin's mother had just laid down to sleep after a long day. The large house was now only occupied by her, a maid and her daughter-in-law.

A few feet away from the large house, there was a small building that was once used as a playhouse for the former children who lived in the big house.

The sky is lit up by lightning and the trees are swaying wildly with the strong winds.

A few minutes later, Seokjin's mother was awakened by a large lightning strike and a loud booming sound.

She stands to look out her window and sees movement around the smaller house. So she walks downstairs and grabs a flashlight.

She then starts to make her way outside to investigate what happened. When she arrives at the locked door, she uses her keys to unlock it and she sees that a large tree branch has fallen through the roof and left a large hole.

She frowns and thinks of the damage, then starts to walk back out and worry about it tomorrow morning.

The wind is still raging and she suddenly feels a strange presence around her and she starts to get scared. She tries walking back to the main house when she then feels the presence right in front of her.

When she looks up she suddenly starts screaming as whatever it is she sees terrifies her and she stumbles. She doesn't move anymore and the presence then flies towards the house.

Back in Seoul

Jin had just arrived at home and tries turning on the lights.
When they don't turn on he walks over to the lamp by the side table.

He clicks it on and off with no success.. Darkness.

When he starts to hear noises he starts to slightly panic. He walks further into the large room and is then scared out of his wits by people yelling, "Surprise!"

He starts to scream until his friends walk over to him and tell him to calm down. He has to hold his hand to his chest to try to control his wild heartbeat.

One by one the partygoers start lining up to wish him a Happy Birthday. His best friend Jimin walks over to him and says, "Hey, my cousin came from out of town."

"Hobi? Really? That's great." Jin tells him.

They then see an overly excited young man walk over to them and he hugs Jin tightly.
