When Jin got to Jimin's house he walked in and saw his baby playing on her mat surrounded by toys.
When she saw him she immediately started jumping in her spot and tried to crawl towards him.
Jin picked her up and saw Jimin walking out of the kitchen. He was checking to see why she was suddenly excited.
Jimin saw him wearing a big smile and asked him, "Wow, I didn't expect you to be smiling like that when you got home. When I talked to you earlier you sounded depressed. What happened in between then and now?"
Jin sat down with his baby and he said, "I got a job."
"Really? Where?" Jimin asked.
"Well when I called you earlier, I was at a small cafe. And the barista gave me a cookie & it was so good."
He then opened the box Hobi had given him and handed one to Jimin and one to his daughter. She quickly shoved it in her mouth.
Jimin's eyes went wide and he said, "These are really good. Where'd you get these cookies from?"
"Well, after the barista gave me the cookie, I went to speak to him to order a dozen cookies so y'all could taste them. And his boss was standing next to him.
When I tried paying he told me they were on the house. I tried to refuse because look!" He showed the large amount of cookies in the box.
"But he insisted, so when I was walking out he asked me if I knew anybody who needed a job. I told him that I did, but I had no experience. And he said he'd be willing to teach me. So I start tomorrow morning at 9am."
"That's great news Jinnie. I'm so happy for you. I knew that you would find something. Eventually."
"Well, I sure had my doubts. But they both seem really nice. So I'm excited to start. Are you sure you're going to be able to watch Aria while I am at work?"
"Of course! I would be offended if you allow anyone else besides me and Yoongi babysit her."
"Thanks Minnie. You're the best."
"Yes, I know. Just bring more cookies." He replies with a smile.
They spend the next couple of hours chatting until Jin decides to go home. He knows Jimin gets sleepy easily while pregnant so he doesn't want to keep him up.
That night he falls asleep easily, his head not filled with all sorts of stressful thoughts.
The next morning as he was getting his daughter dressed he heard Jimin walking in. They know each others door codes so they can just walk in.
"Hey, I thought I'd come help you get Aria ready so you can have time to get ready for your first day at work."
"Thanks Jimin, you're a godsend."
He then went back to his room to finish getting dressed. As he was finishing up Jimin walked in carrying Aria.
"Wow Jinnie, do you think it's fair to give your new coworkers a heart attack so early?"
