Bucket List

(A/N: I don't know anything about medical care or treatments. I am just writing based on what I see on TV. So I'm sure there will be errors. Sorry.)

Kim Seokjin sat at his desk typing up the reports given to him by his boss, Kim Taehyung.

He started his job a little over a year ago. His boss was instantly smitten with him when he first interviewed for the job and won him over with his charm and charisma.

As for Seokjin, or Jin as he prefers to be called. He is completely oblivious to the adoration he receives from not only his boss. But almost everyone he crosses paths with.

His boss is currently watching him through the window at the side of his office door. He spends so much time just watching him that he forgets his own work.

As Jin is busy typing away, he suddenly begins to see spots in his eyes. He stops as he tries to clear his head. They soon go away as soon as they came and he chalks it up to being hungry from skipping breakfast.

His boss notices that he stopped working and appeared confused about something. He debates whether or not he should go ask him about it. But decides against it for fear he'll appear creepy.

When he sees Jin get back to work, he then returns to his his own workload.

The rest of the morning passes by with the usual work load and when it was close to lunch Jin knocks on his boss's door.

"Come in!" Tae yells.

"I was just coming to ask you what you wanted me to order you for lunch today sir."

"Oh, I hadn't realized it was already lunch. Please just get me a small soup and salad. I have early dinner plans and don't want to fill up."

"Yes sir."

As Jin writes his order down on his notepad, he suddenly sees a couple of drops of blood drip onto the sheet. He is baffled and he then hears Tae say, "Jin! You're bleeding. Are you ok?"

Jin reaches his hand up to his nose and then sees his fingers full of blood. Tae quickly hands him several pieces of tissue and Jin takes it to wipe it off. A few more sheets are needed til it finally appears to stop.

Jin is really embarrassed that his boss saw him that way and tries to rush off after he apologizes for making a mess on his floor.

Tae tells him, "Don't worry about that right now. How are you feeling? Do you need to see a doctor? I can take you."

Jin shakes his head and tells him, "No, no, no. Really. I am fine. I will just go place your order for lunch and I'll order something for myself as well. Please don't worry sir."

When he shook his head earlier and then the quick turn towards his desk made him disoriented and dizzy. And before he could reach his desk he passes out on the floor.

Tae panics and calls out for help while he goes to help Jin up.

"Someone call an ambulance! Hurry!"

He gently taps Jin's cheeks trying to wake him up but he is out of it.

The ambulance soon arrives and he is taken to the nearest hospital. He tells his next in charge to handle the office while he follows the ambulance.

When he arrives they tell him that Jin is still in the OR so he waits for news.

A couple of hours later, a nurse and doctor come out to talk to him.

"Mr. Kim? Your husband was awake for a while. I ran several tests on him today and ran some blood work. I am waiting for the results but I was asking him about his symptoms before the incident and he told me that he's been having blurred vision and headaches lately. So we took an MRI of his head and we'll know the results after several hours. He was given a sedative and in his exhausted state, he was immediately out like a light.
