My Ex Husband

Kim Taehyung is on an airplane traveling from South Korea to Santa Monica, California. He is on a business trip, one of many.

He has made sure to always keep himself busy and occupied so he will never have to think about him.

"Sir, we're going to be landing soon. Please turn off your laptop and put your seatbelt on." He turns to find the airline stewardess speaking to him.

She smiles a seductive smile towards him, but he never pays them any mind anymore. Not after what happened the last time he gave in to temptation and lost him.

"Thank you." He tells her and ignores her flirting.

When he leaves the airport he finds the driver that his company provided for him.

He takes him to the beautiful home that his company also provided and where he will be staying at for the next couple of weeks.

When he arrives at the house, the driver helps carry his luggage inside and then bids him goodnight.

Tae carries his luggage into the bedroom and takes out his sleepwear. He is exhausted and jet lagged and just wants to take a shower and go to bed. Once he's done, he plops into the bed and falls asleep.

The next morning, he is up early and gets ready for his first meeting of the day. He goes to the kitchen and makes himself a quick breakfast of eggs and toast.

The most basic thing he was able to learn from him. He was the main one who cooked, Taehyung just ate.

When he sits down to eat, he sees a letter on the kitchen counter addressed to him. He didn't see it last night due to the lateness and his exhaustion.

He grabs it and starts to eat his food while he reads it.

It's a letter left by his company, letting him know that the car he will be using while in town is located in the garage. It comes equipped with GPS so it could help him get to wherever he needs to go. They wish him well on the trip and will await his return.

After he's done eating, he grabs his briefcase and the keys to the car from the drawer. He then walks through the back door that leads to the garage and climbs into the car.

When he arrives at the place he will probably spend the rest of his trip at, he parks the car and walks inside.

As soon as he walks in, he sees a longtime friend and work colleague Min Yoongi.

"Hey Yoongs, I didn't know they'd be sending you here too. Who else is here that we know?" Taehyung asked.

Yoongi smiles when he sees him and tells him, "I don't know. I just got here myself. But I guess we'll see once we're inside."

They then proceeded to where their meeting was being held in and were escorted to their seats. The rest of the guys from his company soon arrived and were also seated in their area.

With the men from the other company sat across from them on the long table.

Pretty soon everyone arrived and the meeting began.

A couple of hours later, the meeting was adjourned until the following morning and everyone went their separate ways.

Tae and Yoongi walked out together and Tae asked if he wanted to go eat lunch somewhere.

"Sure, just lead the way."

When they sat in Tae's car, he searched up restaurants nearby and they decided on a restaurant close to the pier.

When they arrived the lunch crowd had started to let up and they found a good table near a window.

They ordered their meal and talked about random things.
