London giggled and I just rolled my eyes. "He's pretty smitten with you." I looked down feeling the heat rise to my face. "So, let's get dressed up! Oh and also I have some news." I looked at her confused and a bit worried.
I didn't know what she was about to tell me. I had only been back for a thirty minutes and she wants to start springing things on me.
"We have some idea on who attacked you. Adeline, like I told you is staying here, she keeps having visions about the attacks." London informed me giddy. I nodded my head relieved she didn't have any bad news for me.
We got off the bed and went into my closet. Her jaw dropped as soon as I opened my closet. She looked at me at but taken back. My closet had just about all black in it. It was either black or really dark colors.
"And I wonder why your depressed." She started. I started laughing at her reaction. She shook her head walking into the closet rummaging threw all the clothes. "Don't you have any happy colors?"
"Black is my happy color." I informed her watching as she looked tirelessly for something. What did she expect? I usually only wear black anyway.
She stopped over in the section of clothes that I never wear. I stopped going to that side of my closet. The colors were too bright. She pulled out a bright pink dress with floral print. She grabbed matching heels to go with it.
I shook my head laughing. "You thought I would wear that!" She looked at me and held up the clothing. She rolled her eyes and sighed.
"I'm sure you'll have me wearing something I don't want to wear too." She pointed out.
"London, today it's a girl day not switch personalities day." I told her. The outfit looked like something she'd wear. I wasn't the happy go getter she was. I was depressed leave me alone girl.
"Raven, you are wearing this." She ordered calming, but sternly. I looked at her like she was out of her mind. She still held the same hard expression. She reached her arm out and handed me the outfit.
"You are out of your tree." I told her surprised she would order me around. I get it she does the same thing I do all day, just orders everyone around. But I'm at a higher level. And on top of that, I've never been used to nor liked anyone bossing me around.
She pointed to the bathroom and there I went. I put on the hideous dress and shoes. I swear I don't think she could've found a happier looking outfit. I looked at myself in the mirror in horror.
I walked out to London. She looked at me and in amazement. Her eye lit up when she saw me. I sighed trying to look half way happy with this awful old lady outfit. I guess just seeing her look so happy with me wearing it was enough. I'd put up with it for a day. But that didn't mean I wouldn't get my revenge.
"Okay, your turn." I told her mischievously. Her smile fell and into a worried look. My smirk plastered on my face as I was barely able to hide my excitement. I usually don't get excited, but I always loved playing tricks on London.
I went over to the part of my closet where I have my most grungiest clothes. I stopped looking when I saw a short ripped up dress. I grabbed some combat boots to go with it. I turned to her seeing her horrified expression.
She grabbed it from me hesitating a little. She walked into the bathroom and within about a few minutes past when she came out.
No offense to London, but she looked ridiculous! She didn't have any words for me when she came out. She looked like a goody two shoes trying to look bad.
"Let's go do makeup and hair." I said struggling to hold in my laughter. She just nodded slowly still taking in what she was wearing.
We had already had the makeup set up on the bed. She wanted to do me first so she grabbed her Barbie looking makeup kit. It took only about ten minutes and she was done. She curled the ends of my hair.
The dark queen has just turned into a original Barbie doll...
I had yet to look at myself before doing London's makeup and hair. I grabbed all black makeup. Her lips and eyes were midnight black. I just put her hair in a really messy bun. Some was up and some was down.
We both went and looked at each other in the mirror together. As soon as we got there we screamed not recognizing ourselves. We looked at each other and started burst out laughing. We kept looking from each other to ourselves.
Somehow we ended up on my bed eating chocolate and drinking champagne. We were watching the notebook crying like this was our first time watching the movie. We acted like a two little girls that night. I told her all about the trip and she told me about her issues with Jefferson. All in all it was pretty good day.
