The box had a lot of, what looked like letters. I opened one and started reading. The first words I saw was my name.

Raven, my darling, its only been a month since I met you, but I love you. I've never met someone who understands me like you. I didn't know that you could love someone as much as I love you. Please never leave.

-Thomas Buckley

I pulled out a picture of him that was in the envelope. I stared at him with wonder. My heart felt happiness but sadness and anger at the same time. I flipped it over and it said working on our junk car June 18, 2031.

I titled my head to the side and asked myself who Thomas Buckley was. I opened another letter.

Raven Alexandra James, there's no enough time in the world to tell you how much I love you. You are light in my world. I didn't think there was such thing as true love, and true happiness, but I was wrong. You are my everything Raven.

-Thomas Buckley

I smiled thinking how sweet it was. But my eyebrows were knitted together wondering who he was.

In the castle I was never introduced to any Thomas. The only Thomas Buckley I knew was the one who had the journal.

I guess he's the one who owned this house. Maybe he past it on to me?

I kept reading this letters and they went on about how much he loved me. It was sweet and I could feel love and happiness as I red it.

After reading a few I got to one letter that just hit me.

My darling, today I got the best news. After a year, I finally got us reservations to a lovely restaurant that is very elegant and it seems like something you'd like. I'm not that kind of a guy, but I know you like elegance, so for you I'll put up with it. I just hope you love it.

-Thomas Buckley

I continued to read to the next page about the dinner.

Tonight was the best night of my life. You seemed so happy at dinner. The lights, the music, the food, everything was going right. You looked so beautiful wearing a dress and heels with your hair and makeup done. I've never really seen you get dressed up. So when our food came out I popped the question, I asked you to marry me. Darling you will never know just how worried I was. Thank god you said yes. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you. I love you Raven, more than you will ever know.

Flashback

"Thomas, I can't believe you got reservations here." I said looking at him in disbelief. He just smiled at me seeing how happy I was.

"Let's go sit down darling." Thomas guided. I thought it was quite cute how he called me darling. It was old fashioned in my opinion.

We sat down and continued to express my excitement. He just laughed. He started telling me about his experiments after I'd finally cooled down.

I listened to him awe. He was the smartest person I knew. I held my head to the side looking into his eyes. So blue and so full of life.

I ended up being in my own world as I thought about him. God, do I love him. He's smart, funny, and so sweet. He has such a big heart. I don't know what I'd do without him.

Our food came out and I smiled. He looked at me with so much love in his eyes I blushed and looked down breaking eye contact.

He was looking for something in his jacket and took out a little box. He got up from the table and kneeled down looking at me. "Raven, for the past few months I've been thinking about what to say. Honestly, there are no words to say that would fully express how much I love you. I need you Raven. And I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Raven Alexandra James will you do me the honors of marrying me?" He asked with his eyes sparkling.

I was crying and I had my hand over my mouth. I chocked out a yes and he smiled from ear to ear. He slid the ring on my finger and it was a perfect fit.

I jumped into his arms hugging him. He spun me around while everyone was clapping.

I've never been happier in my life. And now I'm going to spend the rest of my life with the person I love the most, Thomas Buckley.

End of Flashback

I flashed back into reality. My eyes were wide open and my heart was racing. I was breathing heavily.

Then I just sat there wondering... How important was Thomas Buckley?

I got up off the floor and went over to Oliver trying to wake him up. Finally after trying for ten minutes he finally woke up.

"Oliver!" I yelled which caused him to jump up.

"What's wrong?" He asked looking at me rubbing his eyes.

"Who's Thomas Buckley?" I asked him staring at him intensively. He stared at me blankly, then his eyes turned a shade darker.
