I summon you (Feitan x Reader)

Chapter 16

The Nen continued to overflow and you could feel the place crumbling down.

"Last chance..." Feitan warned as he increased his Nen once more.

The yellow diamond rises up and you were amazed that Feitan's Nen continue to increase with every seconds that passes by.

This was the first time you're witnessing Feitan's Nen and you could see that he was on a whole different level than the other member of the Spiders.

"You..." You were snapped out of your trance as soon as you heard his voice. "Summon Shal."

It took a while before the words sunk in your head and when you saw dust falling down, you knew that you would be able to use your nen soon. 

Feitan increased his nen once more as the yellow diamond continued to rise.

PAIN PACKER, BURNT BY SUN!

You have to cover your eyes as a sun appeared in front of you and you could feel the heat. The place that you were in quickly burnt and the guy who puts you in there were standing a few meters away from the two of you.

You quickly summoned a topless Shalnark who was holding a towel and when he had a chance to escalate what was happening around him, he didn't hesitate to carry you and take you to safety.

Your enemy was now bald and he was shrieking in pain as his whole body was burning. You could literally see his inner meat and you had to look away because of how disgusting he was becoming.

Shalnark placed you slowly down and when you look back to Feitan, he was back at his normal form and all you could see from the enemy was his bones.

Reader's POV

"How could you use that ability of yours when you knew Y/n was there!" Shalnark yelled at Feitan, annoyance clearly shown in his eyes. "You could have killed her!"

"Damage, not much." Feitan replied in his usual tone while glancing at me. "Made sure."

"Even so! You already know that your Nen ability is dangerous, why still use it!" Shalnark rubbed his temple before turning to me. "This conversation is useless, come on Y/n, I will ask Danchou to put you in my team."

Shalnark took my hand and started dragging me and when I looked back at Feitan, he was already gone. We got to the base and the first thing that Shalnark did was look for Chrollo.

We have been told that he was in his room so we made our way there. It was quiet on the way, I was thinking about Feitan. He only did what he has to do because something was happening to me.

Yeah, he did it for me

I let go of Shalnark's hand and stood in my spot, thinking of what to do. Shalnark turned around and gave me a questioning look.

"You okay? What happened?" He questioned and I sigh.

"I'm sorry, I would love to join your team but..." I thought about Feitan and remembered our short bonding together.

He may be annoying but he's not a bad partner, he only did what he had to do to save me and I don't want to leave a partner like that for misunderstanding.

I'll regret this decision later in life...

"But I'll stay with Feitan." I continued and his mouth went agape.

"What do you mean you'll stay with Fei? He nearly ki-" I cut him off while giving him a sincere smile.

"Feitan saved my life." I said and he stared at me as if I was crazy. "Something was happening to me, my body was weakening with every second and my bleeding is nose. He managed to use his Nen, summoning the sun even though our Nen is concealed."

"Wait what? He saved your life?" He repeated and I nodded.

"I should have said it earlier but-" I was suddenly cut off when he hugged me out of nowhere then he pats my head afterwards.

"Feitan had never cared about others, you continue doing what you're doing." He commented while smiling and I raised an eyebrow in confusion. 

"Eh?" Was all I could say before he winked at me.

"Anyways, I hope you guys are gonna do good in the future..." He started walking away from me and I couldn't here the last words he said but the readers did. "... and have so many little Fei running around the place hehe."

I followed after him and when we ended up at the meeting place. Chrollo was already there and some of the troupe as well as Feitan and Shalnark.

Shalnark was talking to Chrollo while Feitan gave me a quick glance before returning on reading his book.

"Y/n come here." Chrollo called me and I went to him. "I heard that you wanted to change to Shalnark's team, I will gladly consider it. You are now in his team."

My mouth went agape and Feitan also closed his book while standing up to leave. 

"Actually no." I stated and I saw Feitan stopping on his track while looking up his shoulder. "I want to continue my partnership with Feitan and complete missions with him."

"Aw, you don't want me to be your partner?" Shalnark suddenly went to me and put his arms around me.

"I do but..." I look to where Feitan was and he was staring at me. "He was my original partner so I'll stick with him for a while. Besides, I am always welcome in your team right?"

"Oh I see." Chrollo trailed off then gave me a smile. "Well then I have a mission for the two of you."

I then remembered something, I've been gone for so many hours and I haven't told Bisky and the others where I went.

"Actually can I go back to my game first? I kinda left my friends there and I don't want them to worry about me." I said and Chrollo nodded.

"Very well then, I'll give you one week and after a week, you must return here." He stated and I nodded.

"Thanks Boss." I thanked before leaving
