Chapter 5

One month later (Still Killua's POV)

It's been a month since Dylan had died and I brought Y/n in the Greed Island game with me. Me and Gon have collected half of the cards while Y/n was still grieving for her dad's death. She recovered in a month though and have been getting along well with Bisky.

She had been also practising how to use Nen with us and focusing on getting stronger. I know her main goal is to kill the person who killed Dylan and that is why she wanted to become much more stronger so she can avenge his death.

"I'm going for a walk." Y/n said and I was about to follow her but she stop me. "Alone, I want to go for a walk alone."

She look at me with the eyes of 'I don't want you to come' so I respected her and nodded. Although I have a bad feeling in my gut that's telling me to follow her, but refuse to agree to it.

"Thanks." Was the last word that Y/n said before leaving.

I watch as she slowly disappeared from my sight. I wanted to follow her, I really do but I respected her decision and decided to stay since I knew that she was still angry at me for not taking her dad to the Hospital.

"It's okay Killua, she'll understand one day." Gon said while placing a hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah, hopefully." I sigh and turned to face Gon.

Reader's POV

I stop walking when I felt a presence behind me. I turned around to see who it was but there was no one. I continued walking and this time, I knew that there was someone behind me.

Before I could even turn around, something hit my abdomen, sending me harshly down the ground. I look up and saw an old man who have brown hair and dark eyes. He have a wide grin on his face with saliva dripping down.

I look around to see if someone was around but there wasn't anybody. I was inside the forest, at least five minutes away from the others. I tried not to panic and thought of the people I'm contracted with.

Killua

Gon

Bisky

Kurapika

Hisoka

I met Hisoka at the Hunter exam and since he was forcing me to make a contract with him, I had to.

Think Y/n think! You can't summon Kurapika since he's not in the game.

I had to think who to summon as soon as possible to save myself.

You just had a fight with Killua. Bisky is scary but the others would worry if she just disappear so... I have no choice but to summon... him... since he's also in this game

"I summon you by my side, Hisoka the Creepy Clown!" I yelled and my hand glowed f/c.

And just like that, Hisoka was in front of me holding cards. It took him a while before he realise what was happening. As soon as he saw the guy, he got out three cards.

"No one touches my princess~" He threatened and threw the cards, ending the life of the man.

He then turned around, knelt down, picking me up bridal style.

"W-w-what are you d-doing?" I ask him.

"You look like you're in pain so I'm giving you assistant." He replied.

"I'm fine you know." I said with a poker face and he just shrug.

"Is this how you thanks someone who just saved your life?"

"Maybe if you weren't that creepy I wouldn't see you as a pervert." I gave him a poker face and he pouted.

"Your welcome."

I playfully rolled my eyes and finally thanked him. He puts me down when Killua appeared from our sight.

"Is there a way where you can unsummon me and return me to where I was before? My friends might worry~" He said in a teasing tone and I shrug.

"I can only summon people, it will be pretty cool if... I could whatever you just called it too." I pointed out and started walking away.

"See you next time Y/n~" He sang and I shook my head.

"Although you should stop causing trouble!" Once I turned around, he was gone.

"Y/n!" I heard Killua calling my name and I look at him.

"Are you alright?" He ask and I nod.

"Yep, perfectly fine." I smiled and walk past him.

Killua's POV

The moment I saw Y/n, I knew there was something wrong. She was hiding something from me. I watch as she walk past me and as she does, something caught my eye.

At the side of her top, I saw a purple goo. I quickly took the goo without her noticing and examine it.

This is the same goo as before. Did she...

I watch Y/n from the back as she greeted Gon and Bisky. There's two things that I needed to solve. First is where did the goo came from and the second is... who is targeting her?

Whoever it is, I will make sure that I will protect Y/n

All of the sudden, I felt a presence behind me. I quickly turned around and saw something or someone moving at the tree. I activated Kanmaru and went after the person.

As soon as I caught up with him, I pinned him down the ground. He was wearing a mask and black ninja suit.

"Who are you and what do you need from Y/n?!" I questioned and he only chuckled.

"Give her to us or you will all die!" He shouted while opening his top, revealing a time bomb.

Oh no, not again!
