Diluc is getting changed as y/n pours him some tea.

Diluc: do you know what time it is?
Y/n: it's 9:30
Diluc: good, I'll be able to make the meeting with Zhongli in time
Y/n: y-you have a meeting with Zhongli?
Diluc: yeah. Why?
Y/n: nothing, I just didn't realise you had one...
Diluc: yeah, while you were gone, he offered a partnership with me at the winery.
Y/n: really?! That's amazing!
Diluc: yeah... I think he is just doing this so he can get a few crates though
Y/n: what's wrong with that?
Diluc: nothing really, just can't understand why someone would put so much money on the stuff
Y/n: why? Don't you like wine? *chuckles*
Diluc: I don't like alcohol
Y/n: really? That's kinda Ironic?
Diluc: yeah well... I don't keep the winery for the wine...
Y/n: then why do you?
Diluc: ...it was my fathers...
Y/n: oh... I'm sorry...
Diluc: it's ok...

Diluc picks up his tea and sips it. A little while later both y/n and Diluc head to the meeting room. When they enter the room they see Zhongli and another man sitting there. As soon as they walk in Diluc's expression changes to anger, he looks at the other man in the room with complete rage

Diluc: why did you bring him here?!
Zhongli: what do you mean?
Diluc: you know how much I hate the Fatui! And you brought one of them here?!
Zhongli: listen, I know you aren't fond of the fatui, but I assure you, this man is trustworthy... I brought him here because he is better with my finances then I am
Diluc: I refuse to be in the same room as this man
Man: I'll be sure to be on my best behaviour sir
Y/n: Diluc... just give the man a chance... this is for the winery...
Diluc: ...fine!

Diluc sits down in his seat. Y/n is about to sit down. Zhongli smiles towards her with kind eyes

Zhongli: I'm glad to see you in your normal condition miss y/n
Y/n: oh thank you Zhongli...
Zhongli: let me introduce my friend here to you miss y/n, this is Childe. He is a close acquaintance of mine
Childe: pleasure to meet you
Y/n: and you
Diluc: hmph... can we get to business now?
Zhongli: of course

They continue with their meeting talking strategies and business deals. The meeting lasted a while, mentioning the best course of action with the winery. When the meeting ended y/n stayed back to collect her notes. Everyone else in the room had left. The door was open but a man knocked on it, it was Zhongli.

Zhongli: may I come in?
Y/n: of course, I'm just reorganising my notes
Zhongli: I'm glad you are doing better. I'm surprised to not see any of your wounds though?
Y/n: well you can thank the statue of the seven for that...
Zhongli: oh I see...
Y/n: I wanted to thank you
Zhongli: for what?
Y/n: everything... helping me in Liyue, helping Diluc... and giving me this...

She holds her vision

Zhongli: Xiao told you about that...
Y/n: he did... why didn't you tell me though?
Zhongli: I didn't want to scare you... I thought me already knowing who you were, would cause you some concern
Y/n: I suppose you are right... I still appreciate it...
Zhongli: it was my pleasure... it allowed me to meet you... you are a very fascinating person miss y/n...
Y/n: I'm glad I could meet you too Zhongli...

Diluc walks into the room.

Diluc: am I interrupting something?
Y/n: no. Zhongli was just seeing if I was ok
Diluc: is it alright if I just speak to Zhongli in private for a moment y/n?
Y/n: umm sure...

Y/n leaves the room, she was slightly confused as to why she couldn't stay.

Diluc: what did you both talk about?
Zhongli: she just told you?
Diluc: yeah I'm not doubting that... but there must be more
Zhongli: she wanted to thank me
Diluc: for what?
Zhongli: for helping you, for helping her... for giving her the vision
Diluc: that was you?!
Zhongli: indeed
Diluc: did you bring her here too?!
Zhongli: partially... but it was mostly Xiao that took part in that matter... I merely just guided him as he did so
Diluc: well I believe I should thank you too...
Zhongli: and why is that?
Diluc: ...because... it has been a long time since I've been happy... she changed that...
Zhongli: well sir... I'm glad to hear

They both leave the room. Y/n is in the study organising documents for Diluc. He walks in

Y/n: oh hey, has Zhongli and Childe left?
Diluc: yeah they just did...
Y/n: oh ok... is everything ok?
Diluc: ... why didn't you tell me Zhongli was the one who brought you here?
Y/n: well it wasn't just him, and i don't know. I only found out recently and it hasn't really been brought up in discussion I guess?
Diluc: then why didn't you after the meeting? You could have then?
Y/n: *sighs* I don't know... I guess I just... I thought maybe you would be angry?
Diluc: why would I be angry?
Y/n: because I thought you might get the wrong idea between me and Zhongli...
Diluc: *sighs* listen... I was a little jealous of you both at first... but he told me about the moment you both had when you were in Liyue
Y/n: h-he told you?!
Diluc: yes... but he also told me that you turned him down
Y/n: and you aren't worried about him being near me?
Diluc: honestly no... I trust you... and I trust him. I can tell he isn't a man to go behind someone's back
Y/n: ... I trust you too
Diluc: oh I almost forgot...

Diluc grabs a small brown bag. He hands it to y/n

Y/n: what's this?
Diluc: your pay
Y/n: what? But I've barely worked here. I've been gone most of the time
Diluc: well yeah but you still have worked... and you're with me... you need your pay

She puts the bag down on his desk

Y/n: ... no
Diluc: what do you mean no? That's your pay, you worked for that
Y/n: I can't accept it. First of all that's way more money then I deserve, and second, I'm sort of dating you Diluc... I don't want to help you out because I need to. I want to because I want to
Diluc: but it's your job?!
Y/n: ... it's my job as your girlfriend to help you... it feels wrong to be payed for something I should be doing anyways...
Diluc: but how else are you supposed to get mora?!
Y/n: I've been thinking about going back to the adventurers guild...
Diluc: what?! But how will you have time?!
Y/n: I'll take commissions in-between my shifts. And when I finish work for the day
Diluc: y/n, that's just going to make you exhausted!
Y/n: you are one to talk!
Diluc: y/n I've been used to not sleeping for years! You can't do that to yourself...
Y/n: this is not open for discussion...
Diluc: ...please... don't do the commissions. It's not healthy. You can't go down that hole! I've had years of experience with it. My body is used to it
Y/n: ... and mine will get used to it too!
Diluc: I don't want you to!
Y/n: why?! Why not?!
Diluc: because it makes you depressed!!
Y/n: ...w-what?
Diluc: ...*sighs*... I've been suffering with depression... I have since my father died... when you arrived... everything changed... yes I still have days when I don't sleep... but you make me happy... something I haven't had in a long time... that's why I became the darknight... I tried to make other people's lives better...
Y/n: ... why didn't you tell me?!
Diluc: because I knew you'd try and make me sleep every night...
Y/n: ... but if you are miserable why don't you-
Diluc: I can't explain it y/n... it's just something I've never been able to explain... I-
Y/n: ok... I won't do the commissions... and I won't stop you from doing this... for whatever reason that may be... I care about you and I'm not going to stop you doing something you don't want to... as long as you sleep some nights... and if you EVER feel depressed or sad... or just simply want to talk... you wake me up!... ok?!
Diluc: ...ok

Y/n goes up to Diluc and hugs him. He then wraps his arms around her and rests his head on hers. Y/n has tears in her eyes but Diluc doesn't notice
