Two things before we get to the birthday and explosions, cause holy hell does Seamus play a nice role in it, I was wondering if you would like a playlist after each book? Essentially, it would cover the chapters, and I'd go out of the way to make sure it isn't just what I listen to. It'll have meaning for the story.
Second thing, do you guys like the idea of localized spells? If so, let me know so I can work in at least two more. They'll be based off of Pokemon moves, just a heads up.
What do you guys expect to happen in the Forbidden Forest? Cause my current plans are quite.... Unique, and I want to see what you think will happen.
Y/N POV
I was released from the hospital wing. Hermione visited every day, explaining that Snape tried jinxing Harry's broom and must've been the one who made me fall off mine. Which confirmed one thing to me.
They wouldn't listen to a sound argument. Cause Snape couldn't do anything like that for a number of reasons, and the biggest reason is, ironically, Harry.
Another big reason was that Quirrell was the one behind it.
How do I know? He visited me and gave me quite the ominous warning.
"You should consider cutting ties with Potter. Otherwise your reunion with your birth father will be quite painful."
What did that mean? Who knows. There's not a lot on Tom Riddle in the library, but plenty on Bellatrix Lestrange. A bitch who had no qualms torturing Muggles and Wizards alike for the Dark Lord.
"Y/N, are you okay?" Harry asked, but I just sighed. While I was able to go to classes, Malfoy took great pleasure in using my fall as insult material.
"Yeah. I'm fine."
"We need to tell Dumbledore about Snape's involvement in the Quidditch game!"
"Or perhaps you should stop assuming that he was actually involved. I thought you three were better than this. Blaming a teacher that you hate. Not like that'll backfire spectacularly."
"Y/N! He caused-" Hermione stopped at my glare.
"He didn't cause anything with my broom. But if you're so hell-bent on blaming him, I'll make a bet. A hundred Galleons that he's innocent. Any takers?" Ron sputtered, while Harry shook his head.
"You're not telling us something. Why are you so adamant about defending Snape?" Hermione narrowed her eyes.
"Because I managed to see who did jinx my broom and who was extremely happy to see me fall. That's why I'm so adamant." Her eyes widened, clearly not expecting that. Ron, however, huffed.
"So? It could easily mean that Snape threatened that person."
"Threatened them so much that they felt the need to visit me in the hospital wing and give me a warning about hanging out with Harry?"
"When did that happen!?" Hermione screeched, making me give her a wane smile.
"After curfew. Who, other than Filch, would have a reason to be out at that time?" Hermione bit her bottom lip, clearly realizing what I was saying. If they blame Snape, then who'd be willing, or capable, of visiting me after curfew?
All the teachers, save for Hagrid and Dumbledore. Which means that either they misread the situation, or Snape had an accomplice. If it was the latter, why didn't he try to finish me off?
If its the former, who'd be able to not only knock me off my broom so stealthily that nobody, not even me, felt the slightest twitch of the broom? It would have to be someone who can accurately hide it. Even defend against it.
