I wake up tired, sore and a little jet lagged from the day before. For a second I forget than I am back with my baby. I blink open my eyes and look out the patio doors that overlook the ocean. The water here is a tropical clear blue completely different to the blue waters of Bora Bora. The sun shines through the window illumination the room with little pockets of spot lights. Bryan's legs are tangled with mine and his arm is draped over my naked chest holding me down against the mattress. My back pressed against his chest. At some point in the night I must have rolled over as when I went to sleep I was curled into his chest. My head resting on his chest with my arms wrapped around him. I smile to myself as I listen to his soft snores that fill the room. Sleeping so peacefully. I reach out and grab my phone from the bedside table - I check my notifications and notice a few messages in the girls group chat.
