"Is this really as fast as you can go?" Sung Kyung taunted her friend who speed ran through the forest pulling the carriage behind her. She stopped to glare at the alpha and take a break to drink some water knowing Sung Kyu could use one as well.
When the carriage came to a stop, the omega got out, and ran to the nearest tree to vomit. Sung Kyung sighed and watched her brother.

"You'd think he'd be used to it by now."

Mi Ran was a water beta with the ability of enhanced speed and Sung Kyu got carriage sick easily. The beta could run about three times faster than a horse but she constantly needed a 10 minute break every few hours. They were only a few miles away from Baek so this was definitely going to be their last break.

Sung Kyu came back, his face pale as he held his stomach. He caught the water bottle his sister threw at him and drank it heartily. If he wasn't feeling so terrible he would have just walked the rest.
He laid on the ground thankful that he wasn't seeing double anymore when the ground began to shake beneath them. He groaned as his head started to spin and he felt the need to regurgitate again.

Jasmine woke up feeling a little embarrassed as she rubbed her head and eyed the still present aura around the boys. She stumbled a little when she got up, her legs feeling like jelly. The sun was already high in the sky and she found a small clock chained to Mei's body and checked the time. Realizing it was passed noon, she decided once again that the boys would be fine and vanished to the ship.

The ship was docked at a rocky shore and there was nobody to be found. Jasmine was suddenly drenched with water and gasped in shock when she saw a huge animal lower it's head back into the sea and shoot another huge animal on land with a spurt of water. She had no idea what was going on but knew that whatever it was, must have been serious.
Upon closer inspection, she noticed a few of her crew mates and before she could vanish to them, water trickled down her back and she climbed up the stairs to take a bath and change.

Kyro and Julian cheered and howled when the mammoth collapsed to the ground while everybody was still in a daze. Hongjoong's eyes returned to its normal color but his hair remained the same.
In Jae, Layla and Ian joined their celebration as they had now claimed victory. The very few Baek soldiers that were once standing had drowned and been washed away by the whale's attack.

Hwang Shik came running towards them refusing to back down. He aimed for Jongho who was inattentive but Ian who was right beside him, pushed the alpha out of the way, getting stabbed in his stead.

Jongho hadn't seen who had pushed him and Hwang Shik wasn't sure what his sword had pierced but it all became clear when blood splattered on the floor and seeped through Ian's shirt, coloring him in.

"IAN!!" Fati screamed causing everybody to a turn their heads to the scene. Kyro and Layla ran to his aid, Wooyoung following behind them.
He started to flash back to color when Hwang Shik pulled his sword out and he clutched his side and fell to the floor. Jain grumbled and went back to grab a few of her items before heading towards the beta.

"Idiot. Never listens," she muttered under breath.

"YOU?!" Hwang Shik pointed at the beta with his sword.
"You're still alive?" He laughed at the blond's pained expression and raised his sword.
"Let me put an end to your misery," he snickered.
Before he could even bring his sword down to stab Ian, Jongho appeared in front of him and grabbed the sword with his bare hands. Blood dripped down his arm as the blade pierced his skin but he paid it no mind and snatched it from Hwang Shik's grip before breaking it in half. He landed a strong blow against his cheek, sending him straight to the ground.

Similarly to last time, his body was acting on its own not giving his brain any time to process his actions. However, he felt more in control this time, just enraged. He barely even knew the boy, but if Ian died, he'd never be able to forgive himself. He grabbed the sharp piece of the sword and jabbed it into Hwang Shik's stomach causing the alpha to choke up blood.
