Chapter 143

"Wait before you leave," Hongjoong said as they crowded together.
"Can I get your help for something tomorrow?"
"Yea sure cap. What's up?"
"I'll explain tomorrow. Just be here by like 4 in the afternoon."
"Sure."
"Alright. Thanks. Have a good night."
Kyro glanced at Seonghwa then back to him with a smirk.
"You too."

Hongjoong rolled his eyes as Jasmine vanished surprising Seonghwa.
"Oh! Where did they go?"
"They left."
"To where? How?"
"She can vanish. That's her ability. They're my pirate friends so they went back to Ateez," Hongjoong explained.

Seonghwa mumbled as he nodded. He realized this was how Hongjoong must've received letters as well.

"Sorry about all that. I didn't know they were coming. How are you feeling?" He asked softly. Seonghwa gasped when he remembered and pulled Hongjoong onto his lap.

"Joongie! I passed! Hyung said I should come get my coat tomorrow," Seonghwa said excitedly. Hongjoong smiled.
"That's great! I told you you would."
"So now we can ha-"
"No!" Hongjoong interrupted him before he could finish. Seonghwa barely flinched and pouted.

"Why not?"
"I told you Seonghwa..it's a serious matter. I don't think you're ready."
"How do you know?"
"Because...it's intimate..and we're not there yet... and it hurts the first time.."

Seonghwa became cautious at that.
"It hurts?"
"Uhm..no..yes.. but I don't think it'll hurt for you.. I'm not sure.."

"But Yeosang said it was fun."
Hongjoong sighed.
"Let's just take it slow ok. We don't have to do that right now."
"Ok.."

"San. Are you alright?" Jiwoo asked her son.
"I'm fine," he strained a smile.
"You didn't report to me today," Soojin told him.
San looked up from his plate with wide eyes.
"Sorry I completely forgot," he apologized.

"It's fine. What was discussed?"
"We talked about sending more people to Kang kingdom but most people disagreed because it's overpopulated there as well and they don't want the disease to spread. We also discussed the attack and decided Hongjoong was going to do the questioning."

"Questioning? Of what?"
"Alpha Jongsuk and Hongjoong both agreed that we might have an imposter among us because there was no way we could have been attacked like that so suddenly without any knowledge of it," San explained.

"Hmm.. if it's true, bring them to me."
"Yes ma'am."
Soojin smiled and pat his head. Yeosang was a bit amazed by how everything worked. He was always in his quarters so he never got to hear much about castle duties and reports. It was interesting.

When they finished dinner, Jongho was waiting for him at the staircase. Yeosang smiled and walked towards him, letting Jongho embrace him. The alpha scented him and breathed against his neck causing Yeosang to giggle.

"I see you two have been having fun but don't have too much fun now," Jiwoo teased as she walked passed them. Yeosang burned red and Jongho sucked his teeth.
"Mother!"
The woman chuckled and headed to her room.

"Moving on, I have a gift for you," Jongho said. Yeosang perked at that.
"What is it?"
"Come," he picked him up bridal style.
"I'll show you."

They reached the room and Jongho safely placed the omega on his feet. He went into his closet and picked something before coming back to show him. Yeosang beamed at it bringing a smile to Jongho's face as he went around him to wear it for him.

"This is so pretty," Yeosang said pulling a side over the other. He walked to the mirror to gaze his reflection and smiled. The white robe was silky and long, ending just above his ankles.
