Violet's pov
September 1, 1992
"Mom, will you walk me through the platform?" Grace asked nervously. "Of course, love." I smile at her and rub the back of her head. Remus ran through with Harry while Sirius ran through with Draco. Regulus grabbed my waist and kissed my cheek. "You ready, pretty girl?" Regulus questioned Grace. "I-I think so." Grace stuttered, Regulus smirked at me and leaned down to my ear. "You owe me five sickles. I told you she would be nervous." He whispered, kissing my neck before picking Grace up.
"Look at me, pretty girl. You have nothing to worry about. You have Ginny, Fred, George, Oliver, Lee, Ron, Hermione, Percy, Adrian, Marcus, Harry and Draco. You are set for life with people. You will always be our pretty girl no matter what house you're in." Regulus comforted Grace, stroking her cheeks with his thumbs. "I love you dad." Grace mumbled before hugging Regulus tight. "I love you too, princess." Regulus responded kissing her cheek. Regulus took her trolly and I grabbed Grace's hand. We ran through the wall with Regulus right behind us. Regulus put her trunk away and kissed her head.
"Come on Grace we have a spot for you!" Fred shouted from the window. Fred winked at Regulus and closed the window. Regulus looked at Grace, "Don't flirt with him. I mean it I'll know." Regulus threatened. "No promises dad!" Grace laughed before kissing my cheek. "Bye love. Have fun we will see you at the sorting." I whispered, kissing her cheek. She waved before climbing into the train. She appeared in the window with Fred, Fred winked at me before smirking at Regulus. He leaned down and kissed Grace's cheek, making her blush a bright red. "Fredrick! I am going to hex you!" Regulus sneered, I laughed and hugged Regulus.
"Molly, your son is killing me." Regulus pouted, I rubbed his back while laughing. "What did he do, it can't be that bad. Violet is laughing, so what happened?" Molly questioned, Remus, and Sirius gathered around. "Freddie kissed Grace's cheek, making her bright red as well as Regulus. But that was for a different reason." I explained while laughing, Molly laughed as well. However, Remus and Sirius were not. "Oh come on! It was funny. And even if Freddie and Grace like each other it's not the worst thing. He cares for her just as much as you three do. Cut him some slack." I protest. "You are just saying that because you have a soft spot for the twins." Sirius grumbled.
I rolled my eyes and grabbed Regulus' hand, "Oh, Remus did Harry get on the train okay?" I asked before Regulus and I apprated. "Erm- I think so." Remus said, scratching his head. "What do you mean you 'think so'. How could you not know?" I asked, Regulus rubbed my back. "I was a bit busy," Remus admitted. "A BIT BUSY! MOONY! That was your only job! SIRIUS, got Draco on!" I shouted, "Hey!" Sirius shouted offended. "If he's not at Hogwarts by dinner, I swear to Merlin, I will hex you so close to death!" I shouted, Regulus pulled me back by my waist. "STOP LAUGHING SIRIUS! You both will be saying hello to Lily and James tonight if he's not there!" I screamed. Regulus apparated us to Hogwarts, "Idiots both of them!" I grumbled.
As we walked into Hogwarts McGonagall called me over in a rush. I kissed Regulus' cheek, "I'll see you at dinner, love." I mumbled before running to McGonagall. "Yes Professor?" I questioned as I entered her room. I noticed Severus, McGonagall, and Sprout in the room, I nodded to all of them. "Violet, as you know we have Lockhart here for DADA. Well we all noticed his infatuation with you." McGonagall trailed off. "I'm sorry what? I don't understand. Infatuation? We snogged like three times my fifth year, that's it." I laughed, but their faces were laced with concern. "Severus spit it out." I groaned. "Gilderoy has written your name down for help for every hour everyday for the year." He spit out, my jaw dropped. "I'll deal with it." I groaned before leaving.
I walked to Gilderoy's classroom, once I arrived I knocked. "Come in!" He shouted, I gulped and pushed the door open. Once I walked in I noticed a small table full of roses of all colors with chocolate frogs around the flowers. "Now, you'd have to hurry. I am waiting for my love." He fawned before turning around. Once he saw me he smiled brightly, "Nevermind, she just walked in." He admired me and he walked forwards. I backed away a bit, "Erm, Gilderoy. I just came to tell you that you can't book me for every hour of every day for the whole year. Other Professors need help as well." I tried to explain, he nodded and walked closer.
