Violet's pov

Second Task

"Mom! Have you seen Grace? She said she would see me before the second task." Harry asked as Regulus, Roscoe, and I walked towards the boat. "Harry you seem stressed." Ron and Neville noted. "Oh, do I?" Harry sassed. "Hey, love. Come here." I motioned him to my arms. He huffed and allowed himself to relax in my arms. I played with his hair, I'm sure she's already there or she will be there with Fred after." I calmed his nerves. He nodded and got in the boat with Ron and Neville. Regulus, Roscoe and I sat near McGonagall in the stands.

Harry waved me down, once I reached him he hugged me tightly. "Grace hasn't come yet." He whispered. I cupped his face and kissed his cheek then forehead. "You are going to do amazing. I believe in you Harry. I love you and I know Grace, Draco and Reg feel the same." I kissed him once more before walking back to my seat. Roscoe leaned towards me as I sat down, I placed him in my lap and bounced him up and down. "Something valuable last night was stolen from our champions. They have one hour to retrieve their prize or their prize will perish." Barty spoke before the cannon went off.

Alastor pushed Harry into the water, I held Reg's hand tightly watching the clock and the water closely. Cedric came out with a ravenclaw girl, then Viktor came out with Hermione. I stood up and McGonagall looked at me and the water. "Students!" I shouted, Dumbledore looked quite guilty. "V-Vi, Albus asked me to bring Grace to his office last night. You don't think-" McGonagall muttered. I gave Reg Roscoe and ran down the steps. Dumbledore stepped in front of me. Fluer came up empty handed. "Albus, move." I sneered. The minister and Barty walked over. "M-Mrs. Black-" The minister spoke. 

"Cornelius, Barty, Albus. If my daughter is underwater, I will set fire to the boards you are standing on then I will blow them up!" I shouted, Reg caught up and pulled me into him. "Violet, I can expl-" Dumbledore began to speak. Grace, and Fluer's sister reach the surface of the water. I snapped my head back to the three men, "You are lucky my children are present." I sneered before pulling out Grace while Fluer pulled out her sister. McGonagall handed me a warming blanket, I wrapped Grace in it and held her close.

"M-m-mom, H-harry is still in t-t-there." Grace shivered. "ASCENDIO!" Harry shouted and he flew in front of me. I grabbed another warming blanket and wrapped Harry up. I held him close to me. Fluer ran up to him, "You saved her even though she was not yours to save!" She cried and kissed his cheek. I held him tight and smothered him with kisses. "Mom, I'm alright." He laughed. Grace threw herself on him and kissed his cheek. "I'm proud of you Harry." She smiled, kissing his forehead. Draco hugged him from behind, "You got a kiss from the french girl!" He teased.

"First place is Mr. Diggeroy! Second place goes to Mr. Potter for saving not only his prize but Miss Delcuor's. Thi-" Barty announced and I kissed Harry. "Harry! You are tied for first with Cedric!" Grace cheered. We gathered everything and were making our way back to the castle. "Harry, you were amazing!" Barty flattered him, Cornelius and Albus joined him. "Violet, I think we sh-" Dumbledore began to speak. I handed Roscoe to Reg, "Don't you dare stop me." I warned, Reg nodded and McGonagall shook her head.

Flames appeared in my hand, they all stood back. "Albus, you do not get to speak. You lost any right to deal with Grace when you took her from me. You made me believe she was dead! Not only did you take Grace, you took Harry as well! Letting him live with those horrid people! What kind of monster does that?! And you Cornelius, lost alright to deal with my family when you tried to throw Sirius in Azkaban! I had proof it wasn't him! And you Barty, have no right to speak on my family when it took your son KILLING someone to put him in Azkaban!" I shouted, all three of them looked down. The flames in my hand disappeared. As they moved to leave I made the rocks around them explode. "Take that as a warning next time you come near my family." I sneered before walking back.
